I have had nothing but problems with this contacted Microsoft and they were of no help! I have downloaded this program for it to tell me it’s not on my computer so I am out the money will never buy this product again!

Was able to install this software without a problem. Smooth and easy, and it works great. The programs within Microsoft Office are familiar to me since I have grown up using them and have knowledge about them on a PC. This new version of Office 365 on my laptop PC is fantastic. The programs load quickly and work efficiently. I am an at home light to medium user of the Office platform programs. Word works great for me and is so intuitive to be able to navigate and understand. The program allows me to process simple word processing to advanced templates I need for professional looking documents. Excel is great for my purposes of tracking budgets and finances in a simple easy view format. This program allows for so many advanced features that I'm not even fully aware of. I really need to brush up on some online tutorials for unleashing all of Excel's capability. Powerpoint works great for my needs of processing slideshow decks for work related activities. This version of Powerpoint is much better than previous versions I have used about 5 years ago. It allows for smooth and clean presentations and I can make my slides really stand out and keep the attention of an audience. Access is great and took me some time to learn since I don't use it all that much. I can see how Access would be a fantastic database software for business purposes and be able to track so much history and information. Outlook works smoothly and integrated all my emails easily in a simple view. Office 365 is a great suite to make use of business function programs for office or home use. I have truly been enjoying this new version versus the previous versions I have used in the past.

I didn't purchase it but installed and charged me because I don't know I am supposed to cancel or I don't know how to calncel not to renew. I got charged in this horrible time. I upset . I am bleaming best buy not MS

Took my son to college, and went to download onto Mac and could not get it to load with the code that was listed, no customer service available. Had no choice but to have the college download their version, would like a refund.

outlook wouldn't input previous addresses. sometime it sends messages and sometime it eats them making up a group list to repeatedly send to is impossible It took many hours talking to people ion other countries to get it to work and they erased 32 gigs of pictures

I had a way to get Office365 for free through my college but it wasn’t included in the price of my laptop so I essentially paid for it even though I didn’t want to or have to. Plus the program itself is kinda pointless and I don’t like it

If you don't register this within 30 days of purchase good luck talking with customer support for Microsoft to verify. Had the worst time trying to activate the subscription.

49.99 for this program: it would not take key code

I will be returning the only part of the order I received. I had ordered a computer for my wife for Christmas, along with the MS Office package. I wound up purchasing a computer from another source because you could not deliver. Very disappointed.

I am very disappointed with this as I go all the way down to pick this up and calling all around to get an activation code and still can't get it to work utter foolishness

I hate this Microsoft version of Windows. I am glad that I did not buy the permanent one and hopefully they will improve it with a new version that is similar to Windows 7. This version is only good if you have a touch screen laptop. Does not work well with a mouse/touchpad.

Bought this card thinking it could be used with new acer and couldnt use it with it.. Not compatable with a chromebook. And still havent got refund from returned in january and here it is may.. Horrible customer service also.. Just avoid if you can

its a bunch of trash programs to go with their goal of grinding out as much cash from you as possible, they aren't interested in a good product or anything beyond pure profits. use google docs for free!

To problematic need to be full purchase to many reasons for other people to update things and request purchases for Microsoft caused computer to be hacked, frozen out until hired a security tech.

I accidentally scratched off the code when scratching off the silver tape over top of the code. Nothing that can be done at that point, so $50 down the drain. Had to order another one.

I purchased this Office 365 as it was recommended along with purchase of a Chromebook for my son. Sadly, it is not mentioned that it can not be installed onto a Chromebook, but since I had already revealed the code all it is doing is collecting dust.

I HATE Microsoft! I would not have this if it wasn't a 3 month freebie. I never installed it and deleted it from my laptop as soon as I started it.

Don't buy these products. I got mine for free. Just try to get some version of Microsoft Office that is not subscription based instead. Maybe an older version or something.

I purchased this July last year, It SHOULD still be active, I've never even been able to use it. It wouldn't activate. The store couldn't me. I was basically out of my money!!

I had to buy the whole office package just to be able to produce a simple document, using Word. It didn't load properly, and finally is withholding itself because it can't verify my subscription since I am not on the internet!!!
