    Refurbished but looks and runs like new. Very fast. Happy with the Surface. A few apps wouldn’t run due to the ARM processor but that was expected. Highly recommended

    Product is great except that it did not come with a charger! Best Buy customer service offered a credit to buy one, but that never got applied to my account. So it ended up costing me an extra $100 so I could charge the device. Next time I'll choose in store pickup rather than shipping.
