    disappointed that I still have to pay for xbox live for multiplyaer when PC and playstation are free....but I still got it anyway. also, the code didn't work, so then I had to call microsoft and get it sorted out

    I bought this gift card and other in store (bopis)... they never activated them, i got charged for them and i've been on the phone multiple times for hours to get this problem resoved and they havent done anything! AND THE MANAGER AT THE LYNCHBURG, VA LOCATION WAS A TOTAL BUTT AND DISSMISSED ME ENTIRELY!!!!! DONT BUY GIFT CARDS FROM THEM!!
