Customer Ratings & Reviews

Love the color! Wanted something different to game on my MacBook Pro and this controller does the job. I already own a few but for those who don’t, get you one. The buttons are very responsive and the grip is great.

I recently picked up the Xbox Series X controller, and it has been one of the best gaming purchases I’ve made. The build quality feels premium, the buttons are responsive, and the textured grips make it super comfortable to hold during long gaming sessions. The updated D-pad is smooth and precise, which makes a big difference for games that require quick directional inputs. I also love that it connects easily with Xbox, PC, and even my phone without any issues. The wireless connection is stable, and the battery life lasts a long time(xbox battery). Overall, this controller is durable, comfortable, and extremely reliable. Highly recommended for any gamer looking for a top-quality controller.

Once i was able to secure a Series X, of cource the next purchase is another Controller. I like vibrant colors, red one of my favorite color in controllers. Althought i expected the red to be a bit more vibrant, it still looks stunning. The grip is great, keeps my hands from sweating as much when using the previous xbox controllers. I have to be honest and say that my favorite current gen controller is the DualSense. The DualSense has a nice weight to it, and ergonomically it feels better in the hand, well in my hands at least. The pros for xbox controllers are the removeable batteries and not having to wait until their fully charged. I play a lot of racing and shooting games. I have F1 2020 for both Series X and PS5. There is constant push of the triggers for braking and accelerating. After playing for an hour or so, my hands start hurting on the Xbox controller. The DualSense playing the same game, my hands feel great after a long game session. Overall both controllers are great. I highly recommend either one depending on what console you have.

[Employee of bestbuy] love the feel of it. sleek design, great color. Easy to setup blue-toothed it to the tv and it worked great.

Great controller, love the feel, good connection to either tv or console.

Love this remote! It is translucent, which my kids love because they can see inside of it. It piques their curious minds. Its wireless, but cam be plugged in. None of the buttons or joysticks are sticky. Works flawlessly. Very easy to sync to the xbox

One of the best console controllers Xbox could’ve created or recreated. The static grip on the triggers and down the palm grips are great especially for gameplay; sweaty hands won’t slip. Including the series x controller supports wireless battery charging. No more expensive double AA batteries. The original Xbox one controllers do not support self charging as the battery charger holder doesn’t fit on the originals ( ONLY SERIES X ). The Xbox controller home button is not bright.. it’s much more dim than the last Gen Xbox one controller because it’s a matte gray instead of the bright clear white Xbox symbol. The screenshot and record button is interesting; still getting used to how it works.. At first I thought it was a pause button or another menu button but a pretty guud integration. Including I sometimes accidentally keep pressing the button and screenshoting random gameplay captures. Overall a really guud controller. Personally better than ps5 controller.

This is the standard build xbox series controller with some slick DOOM: The Dark Ages themed touches, including learher-feeling grips on the handles, a lovely paint job, and a small easter egg inside the battery cover. A cool looking and great feeling controller.

I was trying to choose between the xbox one controller and the PS5 controller, and decided to get the XBOX one simply for the compatibility with Windows PCs. As long as you use the xbox wireless adapter over bluetooth it works very well. Surprised we're not on rechargeable batteries yet, however purchasing rechargeable batteries for the controller is inexpensive so I don't mind.

Great controller, beautiful design! Works as intended, connects perfect!

I've had this controller for around a month now and I love it. I haven't had any issues with it at all. The rubber grips on it are very helpful and the design looks even better in person.

I recently purchased the black Xbox controller and couldn’t be happier with it. Best Buy offered an excellent price, and the product quality is exactly what I expected from an official Xbox accessory. The controller feels solid, comfortable, and responsive. The buttons, triggers, and sticks are precise, and the overall build quality is great. It works flawlessly on both my PC and Xbox, making it the best all-around controller I’ve used for gaming. If you’re looking for a reliable, durable, and versatile controller, this one is a perfect choice. Highly recommended.

Works awesome haven’t had any issues with it so far and the color is 10 out of 1, beautiful!

1. The only thing better than a working controller is a beautiful one. This pink delight manages both. 2. Function without flair is unforgivable; thankfully, this controller sins in neither direction. 3. It connects instantly, plays flawlessly, and looks fabulous—proof that utility need not be dreary. 4. Some controllers merely work; this one performs—with style.

Got this as a replacement for my son's other Xbox remote as it started having stick drift design is nice and works well so far

excellent connectivity and the best color, one of the best accessories for your xbox. the material is quality plastic and does not tire playing for many hours

Clean and slick design. I really like the color scheme. The grips on the handles feel good too.

almost perfect controller, love the series X model controllers, the weight, the size, the d- pad, the design. all perfect. just wish they had the magnetic hall effect sensors, to help with stick drift, if microsoft would just take out the old analog sticks out and charge $10-20 more for a remote it would be so much more worth paying $70-90 for a remote that would likely lasts years longer.
