This feels like someones actual hands massaging you. You could also use it handsfree, which other similar products don’t have and it’s actually so useful. It puts you in a position of a straight back posture too.

The bottom massage fingers for your shoulders are perfect, but the top ones are much too painful for the neck area where they hit. They need to be lower, less firm, or (preferably) controllable pressure.

The unit design and motor was not powerful enough to effectively massage the shoulders. It was adequate at massaging the neck but lacked the ability to change massage modes/sequence.
