I have used this adapter in a lot of scenarios. Every time was a solid connection with no losses. It also fits perfectly in my SP4 carrying case which is great because no media devices use DisplayPort at all.

Just a basic adapter for mini-display to HDMI. It is made from the same materials as the AD adapter so it feels quality. It is a little loose in my mini-display port, but it might be an isolated issue.

I needed an adapter for an important presentation that I had to make. When I went to Best Buy, they were out of the Microsoft adapter so I purchased an after market model. When I got home and tried out the product, it worked for about 10 minutes and then it stopped. I tried this for about an hour and got very frustrated. I returned the adapter and had to travel several miles to find a Best Buy who had the Microsoft adapter in stock. It was well worth it in the end, because the Microsoft adapter worked flawlessly. My presentation went great with no technical difficulties. Don't waste your time and money on the after market stuff, go for the Microsoft adapter it is well worth it!

Bought this because I go out of town for training and it's nice to have a cable to plug my tablet into the motel TV, This cable foots the bill and provides good clean video and audio.

Basic cord that worked as intended. I bought for my surface 4 pro and even though I'msure there are cheaper alternatives keeping everythibg Microsoft has worked well.

I tried the wireless and had problems and traded it for this and it is perfect

Perfect for displaying everything from the SurfacePro. The best part is running downloaded movies onto a big screen. Wish the price were lower, but I guess you get what you pay for.

Had to get these to use hdmi connections from my monitors to surface dock. Would have been better if the dock just came with hdmi but these work great and we're relatively cheap.

I tried to save a few bucks by going with a generic Displayport adapter to HDMI. It never worked consistently. The genuine Microsoft adapter works great with my Surface Pro 4.

This may sound ridiculously obvious but the adapter just works. The overall quality is solid and I never have issues when connecting to external displays or projectors.

This is a great way to connect a mini display port to an HDMI monitor or TV. It works very well especially from a dock like those for the Microsoft Surface series of computers.

This worked just as suggested. I have a first generation Surface and hooked it up to a 50 inch TV. Worked great. You may have to adjust the screen through he TV Settings

This adapter works great with the Surface. I only knocked a star off due to its high price. Plenty of third-part alternatives a fraction of the price but this is as reliable as it gets. If you want 100% dependability get this one.
