Like some things but does not work correctly

Posted .Hello Steve, we are sorry to hear your watch isn't working as intended. Please first try to factory reset your watch using Settings -> System -> Disconnect and Reset. This will allow your watch to download all updates again and refresh the software. Attempt to repair to your iPhone after this as well. If thew watch is already connected to an Android, it will have issues connecting to an iPhone unless WearOS on the Android is completely disconnected and forgets the watch. We'd recommend you keep the watch on one phone in this case. If you are still having problems after attempting these solutions please exchange the watch for a new one (if within the policy) or contact us at [email protected] for further troubleshooting.

Not what I was looking for.

Would have rated it lower if possible!

After about 1 1/2 it finally finished updating. He touched the screen and nothing happened it went completely black and it would not turn on. Went back to best buy said that the update was causing watches to "freeze" up and there was no fix. He had to replaced it, which he ended up getting the Galaxy watch. Never ever buy this watch. BEWARE OF UPDATES!!!!

All set

Value wise, seemed like it had good functionality, then it started breaking down. Band broke after a couple months of use. Charger broke after a couple months of use. Bluetooth wouldn't connect to my phone to retrieve messages. Went back to try and replace the broken items and Best Buy stop selling the watch. I will go and spend the extra money on a brand named watch instead.

Defective watch

He just inform me that the watch did not turn on. I bring it back and try to charge it but it’s neither charging nor turn on. I didn’t understand why Best Buy selling this kind of item. Best Buy's return policy is around two weeks, so as long as you brought it back within this time it should have been allowed a return. Also, you one year warranty should still be available if this purchase was within the year. Please file a claim at support.mobvoi.com so that we may help amend this issue for you.

Posted .Hello Mj5mets, I'm sorry that your watch is having charging issues. Please return your watch for a replacement if still within the policy at Best Buy or apply for a warranty at Support.mobvoi.com if you are still having issues with the battery losing power quickly.
Alternatively, you may try sending it through 3 power cycles by charging it to 100% and letting it drop to 0% three times in a row. If you have issues with any of these steps, please email us at [email protected]. Thanks for supporting Mobvoi.

Product Issues and Horrible Support from Mobvoi

Dealing with mobvoi support was extremely painful. They kept on sending the wrong charger (twice) to troubleshoot the watch not being able to power on. Finally after 3 months (March) they sent a Ticwatch E2 as a replacement.

Sure, if I use a lot apps through a day and if in 10 hrs of use I notice some issues I do sometime restart it to get read of backdoor running processes behind the scene that typically getting fixed on the spot with this technic... , quite a normal thing - same with smartphones (older ones at least when they are getting out of processing juice... There is sometime issues with WiFi being dropped, but again it is sporadic. One think I may say I with it had a bigger battery in it... . I have to use mine in a very monitored manner rather then habitually checking stuff every 10 minutes... if really want to get on one charge through the day... Of course if switched off wifi and bluetooth that'd go 2 days, but then IT DEFEATS PURPOSE of using it as smartwatch does it??? It does charge though super quick and if you start from 30% you will get another 50 to 60% in 35-40 mins! I love how I'm able to respond to Fcbk. Messenger, Verizon's Messenger +, Google's' Hangout, or even my Email not to mention all those Calendar reminders! On top of it, I'm able to monitor home networks speakers if they use Casting technology : Youtube, Pandora (simply I have pause, volume control on my wath to those units!!)... . Google Assistant is fantastic plus! For the price I can say don't hesitate to buy if you gadget guy like myself... Of course, We'd love to see IP69, or 69 rather then 67 (yet still you can swim with it in a pool without deeper diving of course), but hey: for this price? It's quite relevant. Overall gr8 product for people that heavily rely on Smartphone Calendar, reminders. No more typing new reminders on the phone,... all dictated/set via watch.. .even if someone calling you no problemo, can talk if desire straight via smartwatch - the speaker is loud enough for quick pickup conversations... . No SIM cart, no problem though (4 me at least) - after all SIM capabilities in real world is not a free stuff anyways... I like that while driving saying OK Google can really easily Text someone with full paying attention to the road (if necessary although I really try not to). Weather, traffic updates, quick email reviews is a breeze. Thank you.

Don't Buy

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I wanted an inexpensive "Wear" smartwatch without spending $200 plus dollars, found a review of the Ticwatch E and became interested, BB had it on sale last week so decided I'd go. As an ER Nurse I am constantly washing my hands, the rubberized band and poly carbonate build make's in perfect It also feels comfortable on the wrist. Bands being a standard 20mm means they can be replaced easily and cheaply . Would have given it 5 Stars but the battery endurance could be better, it does seem to be improving the last few nights but doubtful it would last the 48 hours claimed endurance, I do 12 hour shifts, the first night I used it I barely made it, probably do to the 2 updates the watch received, after that I usually have 50% battery life remaining after my shift. The charger attaches magnetically and recharges fairly quickly. I do plan on ordering a second charger. Mobvoi only provides the cable, but not a charging wart. For $140 plus NJ sales tax, it does meet my expectations, is smooth and bright in function.

As for battery life, we recommend going through 3 Power Cycles (charging watch to 100% and letting it drop to 0% three times) to see if life improves afterwards. It has worked for some of our Ticwatch owners, but know that your observation is accurate and noted for future improvements.
