However, just moving my arms in a stationary position tricks the watch. It crashes my amazon echo occasionally. Doesnt always alert me of my messages and calls. It's an average smartwatch

When it worked there was an unacceptable delay. I did enjoy the fact that it had an always on option but still returned it.

Good sport watch, good price

Fantastic watch for the price!

Bad Experience

Returned. High expectations, even larger disapoint

Battery life was abysmal, half day and I was barely using it. The function that turns it off then back o. When rotating wrist did not work once. Didn't stay connected to my phone, yet my fossil and samsung never drops connectivity.

We're sorry that your experience didn't meet your high expectations.
For future reference, we do recommend a few tips for battery usage including making sure unused applications are turned off, this could be Bluetooth or previously opened apps that are still running down battery in the background. Also, charging the watch to 100% and letting it drain to 0% three times in a row. These three power cycles commonly assist with battery issues.
Turning wrist to turn on the watch can use a deliberate action in order to activate and most customers have little issue using it, but it can take a while for some. Settings -> Gestures -> Tilt to wake also has an option for it if you'd prefer not to have it on or wanted to reset it by turning it off and then on again.
Phone connection issues are very unfortunate and we are willing to look into them! Please email us at support.mobvoi.com if you have any questions in case you were to be interested again in Mobvoi products. We apologize for your experience, but are glad you tried our product. Have a great day!

Great Look and Best Functions

The google fit is awesome

It work amazing

Thanks for sharing your positive thoughts on our product! As a precursor, the Ticwatch E is not waterproof or exceptionally heavy splash resistant. It can take some rain and moisture here and there while working properly, but it's not encouraged to keep it in or under water for any circumstance. That aside, yes the Spotify functions and Google assistant are attractive to many customers.
