AppleCare is worth it 100%! I don’t know what happened, but when I came home, my MacBook wasn’t working so instead of having to buy an entirely new MacBook, my Apple Care covered most of the $$$ for the repairs.

AppleCare is absolutely worth it. Devices are expensive to fix, and having the extra coverage gives real peace of mind. When something goes wrong, the support is quick, helpful, and saves you from paying a big repair bill. It’s one of those things you don’t think you need until you really need it

I purchased my iPad and my Mac Mini from Best Buy. As a Best Buy TOTAL member my one year APPLE CARE is extended to 2 years. Additionally, for my trade-in of my old Mac Mini, Best Buy offered me a bit more in value for the trade-in, plus I was able to buy during Black Friday sales so my savings continue to make the value of being a TOTAL member worth it! I would suggest that if you are doing *ANY* trade in, that you get the value from BEST BUY online and keep that linked directly to the price of your new purchase - by making the purchase on line and linking your trade in to the receipt. I did it that way and because I was able to rapidly deliver my trade-in via UPS with the mailing label provided by BEST BUY, my price was guaranteed in writing as long as the returned item arrived on time. The refund for the trade-in was easily handled automatically because all of it was on the same receipt. This method makes it easier for everyone involved! No need to call, or check or ask a random salesperson to figure anything out. It was a seamless and easy process.

For all those expensive Apple products, protection is a must, and upon break, they are very helpful.

It comes with my membership, however do to so many damages that could happen in an instant i totally recommend this. Especially if there is kids or family pets involved :)
