Got to tbe store on dec 14th and the box to the tablet was torn, didnt think anything of it until I got home to take out my new tablet and the screen was craxked and the whole frame was bent. I immediately went back to give it back and the same guy I got it from was super nice and ordered me another one.

The Best Buy total protection has been one of the best things I've ever purchased I purchased it to cover my 3D printers and have had a lot of issues even though I bought bambu printers Best Buy has exchanged 2 of the printers out multiple times instead of having to try and deal with the tech support from China which is pretty much useless I would recommend that anyone who is going to buy a 3D printer get this Best Buy protection for their purchase if you have an issue or it breaks Best Buy just exchanges it out for another one no questions asked
