The agent was a cool guy. Got to tbe store on dec 14th and the box to the tablet was torn, didnt think anything of it until I got home to take out my new tablet and the screen was craxked and the whole frame was bent. I immediately went back to give it back and the same guy I got it from was super nice and ordered me another one.

The Best Buy total protection has been one of the best things I've ever purchased I purchased it to cover my 3D printers and have had a lot of issues even though I bought bambu printers Best Buy has exchanged 2 of the printers out multiple times instead of having to try and deal with the tech support from China which is pretty much useless I would recommend that anyone who is going to buy a 3D printer get this Best Buy protection for their purchase if you have an issue or it breaks Best Buy just exchanges it out for another one no questions asked

As someone who buys quite a few things from BestBuy (and as a BestBuy member) it is nice to have coverage in the event that an item breaks and needs to be replaces, especially if it is expensive.

I have yet to find a protection plan that holds up to the Best Buy protection plans. If you’re reading this right now, do yourself a favor and get yourself a Best Buy protection plan.
