The agent was a cool guy. Got to tbe store on dec 14th and the box to the tablet was torn, didnt think anything of it until I got home to take out my new tablet and the screen was craxked and the whole frame was bent. I immediately went back to give it back and the same guy I got it from was super nice and ordered me another one.

Therapy is more expensive than this protection plan! Having this is worth the peace of mind it provides. I dont have the time to troubleshoot, go through Reddit or YouTube troubleshooting. Just because you CAN doesn't always mean you should. I CAN change my own oil - doesn't mean I should. I can troubleshoot and follow instructions - I CHOOSE to carry protection and leave it up to the experts. Because my mental health also matters, and this is a stress I can avoid through peace of mind. In summary, WORTH IT!

I've had best buys protection plan for about 8 years now. Totally worse. The money recently I had an issue. What the repair but a different employee came out and made everything right

The Best Buy total protection has been one of the best things I've ever purchased I purchased it to cover my 3D printers and have had a lot of issues even though I bought bambu printers Best Buy has exchanged 2 of the printers out multiple times instead of having to try and deal with the tech support from China which is pretty much useless I would recommend that anyone who is going to buy a 3D printer get this Best Buy protection for their purchase if you have an issue or it breaks Best Buy just exchanges it out for another one no questions asked

Its reassuring to know that outside the manufacturers warranty, BestBuy offers this. Best part is you can extend the warranty for a small fee.

Great value. Ability to adjust very easy. Sound like we are in a theater. Would recommend it to anyone who has a hearing problem. It has been a god send. And a wonderful price thanks to the sales person who recommend the sound bar. Possibly we might buy a second one for our bed room.

From the moment I initiated the claim, things got off to a rocky start. The process itself was more complicated than it needed to be, but I was willing to be patient. What I was not prepared for was just how long the entire service process would take. I was initially given a three week total timeframe, which felt felt reasonable. That timeframe came and went with no resolution, and what I finally had to do to get a resolution to the situation was ridiculous. Multiple face to face visits to finally get a replacement device after not receiving updates for three weeks was unacceptable.

Great coverage for my expensive gadgets. The setup was seamless and I like that it's a monthly cost rather than a big upfront fee. Highly recommend for the extra security.

Haven't had to use plan, but I expect it will be just as good as previous Best Buy plans I've used in the past.

I Love the protection of my Best Buy products, you never know when i might need to replace item for an equivalent product or pay a difference for a newer model.
