The BestBuy membership proved very valueable to have. While renovating my kitchen, I ordered a gas cooktop, switching over from an old electric one. By the time we got around to installing it, we discovered that my gas line was not working. Luckily, I was still within the extended return policy that the membership affords.

They are on point, and saved my wife and I money by not purchasing something we do not need like a trim kit for our GE oven. It comes with all you need to make fit. Lowe's, was terrible service, and tried to sell us the trim kit and we did not need it. That's one of the many reasons we came to get same unit from Best buy. Being installed tomorrow,feel comfortable with the work going to be done.

We purchased this stovetop in March and it is a very nice stovetop. The installation was very easy. The fit was perfect. The stovetop looks awesome. The glasstop is very easy to clean and looks great. It also heats very well. I had to purchase a LP to propane conversion kit since we do not have natural gas. Also i had to purchase from Lowes, a vent adapter pipe, since I had a round pvc coming up from the floor. I would definitely recommend this stovetop.

We are finally get to the kitchen but we getting closer to the Jetson's. Now doors open and close on voice command.. They could have better app for there appliances. Cooks great a little over price but close to restaurant style

This kitchenaid over is so versatile, we love the microwave it heats the food evenly . The oven is also very nice. It is perfect when baking a cake or a meatloaf.

It's great. Since I already had the membership, don't need to purchase any extra for my stove. It already comes with it, so why not.

The Protection Plan is a much better deal and quickly paid for itself in savings on delivery fees.

Had this GE Profile cooktop less than 1 year and it started shutting off. Have to rest the breaker to get it to work again. Called the same week this started and was told by Best Buy I would have to contact GE for service, and if Best Buy responded there would charges and costs to repair. I was total tech when I purchased this but NOW the guarantee has changed and evidently the agreed TotalTech terms have also. I made most of my major purchases with Best Buy in the past because they stood behind the product with the Total Tech Guarantee. But since it’s changed to Total Membership, I’m just as well off to purchase my major items elsewhere.

So glad I got the protection plan! It has paid for a self many times over.

Definitely recommend. We buy a lot of electronics and appliances so this was a no brainer. we don't want to have to worry if something goes wrong.

Yes I got the Best Buy Protection service goes beyound Manufactures Warranty, so with the #1 appliances I just bought G.E. Café I know they got my back! Above and Beyond Services

We purchased the protection plan on everything we buy as in today's world things do breakdown a lot easier and they don't make things like they used to so I think this was a good purchase.

They are awesome when you need to use them. I would always recommend buying them. It’s extended warranty.

I like the added protection with the program. But, unclear on how the protection compares to manufacturer protection plans.
