I wish most store would offer this. I know many do, but this is added with your Total Tech Membership, where as other stores give you the option to buy a protection plan with each individual purchase.

If you think the annual fee is steep, try paying to replace a hair dryer, electric toothbrush, iPad and speakers in one year. I am a loyal guest and always shop at BB at least 8 times a year. I would high recommend.

Protection is a must, you should get the total protection plan. Coverage is usually 2 years, and they have no pro lem replacing your product when necessary.

​I've had a few Geek Squad Protection plans over the years and my experience has been mostly positive. For bigger purchases like my TV, the plan was a no-brainer. I had an issue with a power surge a year into owning it, and the process was surprisingly easy. Geek Squad came to my house, assessed the problem, and since it couldn't be fixed, they approved a replacement. No questions asked. It's that kind of service that makes the plan feel like a good investment.

Id love to have the extended warranty. They didn't offer it while in the store.

Purchased for my mother while Best Buy was having a great deal. This is a lot of TV for the money. My mom mainly watches local news, YouTube, and movies, and it delivers a clean, bright picture with nice color. it’s lightweight, which made setup and positioning simple. Only real annoyance: the remote. It feels a bit awkward and not as user-friendly. I’m used to Apple TV and having to press so many times is not my jams but my mom doesn’t mind.

Best Buy protection is automatic when I'm buying stuff at Best Buy!
