The 2 young men that brought the refrigerator were awesome. They were very careful with bringing the new refrigerator into my home and removing the older fridge. When they finished setting up the new refrigerator they went over the basics and answered all of my questions. They were very professional and respectful. I appreciate that!

I have been very satisfied with Geek Squad warranty services over the last 20 years. They are the ONLY company I can say that about. They have been very fair IMO. In the last year we bought two PS5s, 2 Big screen TVs and a UHD DVD player. All covered under this one warranty. Plus plus they also give things I didn't expect. We just got a bonus $50 gift card on our recent $499 TV purchase because we're members..plus the normal $20 in gift cards for spending that much. Plus plus plus, they often give a tiny discount on your purchase like maybe 1/2% or something. Every little bit helps. For those that buy a few electronics per year, it seems like a good deal.

Best by protection is pretty awesome, and they cover almlost everything. Well worth it, just understand somethings aren't fully covered. Pre built PCs have some covered parts but the whole pc isn't. But things like headphones, TV, controllers are easily covered and replaced. This is one of those protection plans you should absolutely always get.

Had a dvd player! Tried to have it repaired they replaced it! No charge! Bought a Sansung Z Fold 4 ! It got broke only had to pay the deductible! Replaced the phone!

I like yo purchase protection as an added benefit but do not like that after so long you have to pay monthly. I personally would like to pay for 3yr or 5yr at one set price.

Always had good experiences with Best Buy Total which adds the protection automatically anyway on things. Between that and the Apple Care it's paid for itself dozens of times over.

We went to Best Buy on a Saturday night. After waiting a bit, a salesman appeared. He listened to what we had to say and recommended this TV. Have to admit, he was good at his job, and we were pleased. He did not try to oversell us, but instead directed us toward something that would meet our needs. We were glad we went to Best Buy instead of buying it from Amazon. Good job!
