I have since shut down the business but continue to pay the yearly amount because it’s worth every penny. Best Buy stands by their extended warranties and this all in one is perfect! I had an issue with something a year later and I was able to swap no questions asked!

Always honored! If you're not a total tech member like me, I suggest you get it. They always fix everything or replace it. If you're a total tech member, it's renewed every time it expires - but on a monthly basis. If you're a total tech member, 24 months is auto included with purchases.

I’ve always had a great experience since I’ve had total tech. Any time one of my devices has an issue I just go in to Best Buy and they fix or exchange my product. I recently went in to exchange some Bose open ears that I was having issues with and they made the process quick and easy.
