In the past, best buy had a great deal if you were a BB member and paid the annual fee. Free set up and delivery, with the expanded month BB protection. Now it just extends your warranty and free delivery, no more set-up. This changed mid-stream of ownership. Should be allowed at least one set-up every 6 months or a year. Would not renew.

Best Buy protection is always a great choice. I wanted to make sure that I have the security of knowing that if something happens, it gets resolved.

You will always have peace of mind when you protect the valuable items you purchase. Don't hesitate- get those items covered when you purchase them!

This air fryer was good at first but then had problems with the knob.

This product comes free with TotalTech Support. Did not need, but nice addition if needed.

No, we don’t recommend getting any kind of protection. Heck everything so cheap now.I new one anyway

CANCELED MY MEMBERSHIP NOT WORTH IT WHEN THEY CAN'T DELIVER THE PRODUCT. I ORDERED 3 DIFFERENT TV BEFORE THE BLACK FRIDAY SALES. AND THE TVS WERE NOT IN "INVENTORTY" WHAT'S THE POINT IN HAVING A SALE IF YOU DON'T HAVE OR NO WHEN THE INVENTORY WILL BE IN AND YOU CAN'T TELL THE CUSTOMER WHEN IT COMING. AND THE GEEK SQUAD IS ALREADY BACKED UP AND CAN'T INSTALL OR DELIVER THE TV AND 2 WEEKS.

Absolutely love the 24 month service contract that I have on all items that I purchased. Never had a problem getting anything covered

Dont think, get total tech, if your a home owner it helps cover your purchases and extra perks like free installs and haulaway

Good protection plan. I am not sure if it is worth the price. It does includes some extra services. If mainly used for extendend warranty...still unsure if it is worth it. The good thing is that all of your items are covered for support - no matter where you purchase them.
