The geek squad has good coverage for the price on cell phones, however when I upgraded 2 years ago the sales girl told me it would automatically transfer to my new phone and I learned the hard way that is not true. Not happy about that since I did break my phone and had no coverage for a new one and I also paid for coverage for 2 years on a phone that I didn't have anymore.

Peace of mind! With the cost of electronics and the great prices on them at BB it only makes sense to be covered!

it is nice to have the protection and not need rather than need and not have it. Geek squad has always been there for us.

I have not used my warranty yet but I am in construction and any thing can happen. so I bought it to have piece of mind.

Geek Squad is awesome. I broke my phone and and they were able to get it sent out and got me a new one within a week.

This is by far the best protection that I’ve ever purchased. Much better than the one I use with my cell phone provider. Canceled their act kept this one.

What can you say about a protection plan.......I have peace of mind knowing that my phone is covered just in case and by the GEEKS who could ask for more !!!!!!

I haven't had to use the service yet, but I'm glad that I have it. It's an insurance policy that you pay a premium to cover your device against damages.
