Great service idea. We just got the new phone so we haven't had to use this yet.

I purchased the Geek Squad protection because they have been very helpful with fixing my electronics in the past.

I was assured that if I had this mobile protection my device would be secure.

Hopefully nothing happens to my phone and I don't have to use the accident protection, but I know they are not helpful over the phone. I waited hours and when I finally was connected to a representative they told me they don't work with the phone side only computer and to just call Verizon. Didn't even try to help.
