Purchased this place just in case of unexpected accident, but have yet to use it. I have needed to use it for the past 30 days but the closest best buy store/location to me is over an hour away and they need me to come into store to show in person to verify identity before they can proceed with hopefully fixing my device. It's more difficult to find a way to somewhere of that distance when you don't have a vehicle/can't easily find transportation to get there and back... especially on limited income.

This is the best warranty because if whenever your phone breaks or doesn't work within the warranty period, you can return it for store credit or get another item just like it!

I've only had this phone for about 3 weeks, and I will say that I'm impressed so far with the extended battery life, and the functions of the phone itself, and at a pretty good price too.

Had my OnePlus N20 for almost a year. Had to replace it and I had no Problem, Excellent customer service and upgraded to the N30 and put the protection plan. Thanks Geek Squad

Not sure if it's worth the money. I haven't had any issues on anything that I would need to use the Geek squad. I guess it's good to have though. Especially for someone that isn't real tech savy.

It never hurts to have coverage on electronics. I usually opt put of these coverages but decided for certain devices its worth it. Especially when a cellular device fix is usually almost as expensive as just purchasing a new one.

I GOT THE INSURANCE JUST IN CASE...AND NOW IM GREATFUL I DID MY PHONE ACCIDENTLY FELL FROM TWO STORYS HIGH AND SHATTERED IM GLAD I HAVE AN APPT AUG 8 HOPE I CAN GET IT FIXED

Geek Squad was set up to improve the efficiency of Best buy. this has proved right in many ways. i experience a seamless support when i needed their assistance. i encourage everyone to patronize the service. Tons of rest of mind whenever you spend any significant amount that requires back up.

I made the mistake of not getting the coverage for my Samsung Galaxy S20 +. When I replaced that phone with my new Samsung Galaxy S21 + I bought this coverage. I don't know how good it is but I wanted it Just In Case!!

Super useful if you are one to break your phone. The replacements of breaking a phone by accident is great. You can have no worries while having this protection. Has saved me before.

Thank goodness I haven't needed to use it, but like other insurance it's there in case you do.

gave us back store credit for a 2 month old phone that died, lost my $5 credit rewards in the refund.

Its needed specially for a high cost phone. At least for the dirst 2 years

Needed to clean and enstall new WebRoot. At first, it was not working. OH NO! Lord give me a couple more years on this MAC> I need help. why? I moved my wifi connection and voila. Never jump to conclusions even though your old. I am old. I need grandchildren's help.... or Geek Squad.

Over the past 15 years, I've always had GS on speed dial; & they've NEVER let me down. My team often went well out of their way to do what they didn't have to do. Intellectual, knowledgeable about their specialty as well as any out of store processes that may take place; all around on point. Every time.

I have never used it and I hope I don't need it, it is excellent to have your cell phone insured
