Haven't had to use yet so can't say. Think is a tad too expensive however.

the 2 year protection plan is a great idea when you get a phone. It appears to cover nearly every possibility of phone issues. Hopefully won't need to use it, but better to get it just in case.

It really is worth it. I get it everytime I buy a phone from best buy and when my phone breaks all I have to do is go in and make a claim and they send you a gift card and you send them back the phone.

They did very well in all their rendered services.

The service is good, think it's a little pricey. But, if you ever need to repair or replace your item, it will be taken care of.

When my brand new laptop's speakers were no longer working, I took it to Geek Squad and they diagnosed the correct problem immediately and helped me exchange it for a functional laptop. Thank you!

Friendly and very efficient service. I was able to upgrade my S22 to an S23 at the store relatively quickly.

Gotta have it, I like to expend the extra money and have a protection then paying the cellphone company every month

Well worth it. Had to exchange phone due to sim card getting stuck. Exchange was quick & easy.

This geek squad is useful if purchased as it covers any damage to the product, its little expensive tho to spend those bucks every month.

Definitely recommend paying for the insurance. They cover all breaks and problems with the phone. Worth it.

This cost less than what would typically cost to buy an insurance plan from Verizon or some other damage/accidental plans.

Service was pretty good , fast and curtious. Geek squad service representative was knowledgeable.

The GEEK SQUAD agents they are always ahead of the game. They have the best costumer service and they are always there to help.

I just purchase a Samsung cell phone. And I feel alot better having extra protection for my cell phone. It can not hurt and I do highly recommend. Thanks

This protection plan was great and I get it on all my devices I purchase. When I had accidental damage I filed a claim and had a replacement within 3 days.
