I didn't need to use it but it was nice to know I had protection

The best. If you brick it turn it in. They will mail you out another. Great if plaing with diff os or roms.

I paid an extra $200 for in store free replacement but when I crack the screen it was not in store free replacement I had to pay an extra $200 plus they shipped the phone off and I had to wait two three days to get in their phone

I got the Geek Squad protection plan so I don't have to pay full price of a new one if I mess it up.

Thankfully I've never had to use the warranty but I know as other warranties I have three key Squad that way stand behind their warranty and their product

Luckily i have had to use it yet but its nice knowing i have it just in case

Never needed them so Id say the products I purchased were very well built

First month using protection plan. The geek squad associate I spoke to over the phone affirmed plan us good towards loss and screen crack as well. Makes me more comfortable.

Always get the geek squad protection. Never have any problems but always good for accidents.

My phone was stolen tried using the protection plan i paid for. Did everything they said i needed to do, and believe me i got the run around on that! Anyways theybsaid they would replace it within 10 business days waited 14 called back they gave some excuse they cant find a replacement phone to send so they would send a voucher for me to purchase a new one. Its been almost a.month still nothing and now when i call they keep transfering me to different departments until finally they hang up on me. This extra protection is a complete WASTE of money and i will never purchase a phone through best buy again!
