Bought the protection a week later i dropped my phine and they said they dont cover samsung phones anymore so they gave a refund instead although i am great for that i would have liked to purchase a protection plan for the new phone i purchased right after

Its a great service, they answer your calls fast and help you out, only problem i had was that at the store they failed to mention i had to pay $250.00 when i lost my phone and had to get a new one. I thought the phone was covered with the initial payment

Better to have protection than sorry. They replaced the screen if its cracked or give you a new phone.

The geek squad is very efficient and I returned the phone because it did not have extra memory
