Low battery, barley charges my device. Overheats. Completely unsatisfied

Case last eat 2 months, it only ever added 39% to my battery life

Says 31 hours of charge time but only give me 1 or 1 1/2 hour of charging time does real quick not only that takes along time to charge I have the Apple charging case for my XS MAX and I love it like keeps my phone charging at 100% all the time it kill my case first than my phone

the phone case itself is very nice. alittle heavy but that does not matter to me. the charge rate on the case is what kills me. it charged my phone for about an hour and died on me on full battery case charge. would not reccomend. definitely returning.

Not that well made, hard to take off your phone and not a lot of extra charge. I got it for $32 and wouldn’t recommend it for that price. Mophie makes a ton of great products, this just doesn’t happen to be one of them.

I returned it never worked but you guys would not give me the full amount because it was over 14 days Terrible product I don’t think I’ll ever buy anything with you guys again

This product didn’t even work on my phone the day I charged it it was supposed to charge my phone but never did. So I returned it and got my money back.

Had this product not even 24 hours and the corners snapped off! I’m not happy about it!!! Don’t recommend at all!

My package was open and I didn’t receive a charge cable with it so it was missing a part

It has no protection dropped it one time and it tore up
