My first case came with a loose button on top and only recharged about 40%. I exchanged and now the buttons are perfect and it charges between 70-90%. Please test out yours in the first 14 days and don't be afraid to return if necessary. I am now very pleased with my case.

Does what it needs to do for the price. Charges fast.

This is the second one I buy ( 2 different phones ) and could not be happier. Yes there are cheaper ones but my experience with the one I got for me iPhone 5 a year ago left me with no doubts to buy this ones for the wife. Thumbs up all the way for Mophie and BB for selling it.

I purchased this case because I was going on a cruise and I wanted to capture every moment and knew I wouldn't have time to keep running to the room charging my phone. This case has been a life saver I can go a day in a half without charging my phone. Love it.....

I love this case! I have an iPhone 5 and it uses a lot of battery! This case has been my life saver more than once! I never have to re-charge in the middle of the day! Will never own any other case. Oh and Ive dropped my phone plenty of times and never had any breaks or cracks!

Bought this for my son, and he is very happy with it. Mophie is a a very good product.

Love the iPhone hate having to charge it twice a day. I travel a lot so finding power outlets can be a pain. The Mophie provides a full day charge and works on a mini USB so I don't need the flash connector.

It is ok for the cheaper price compared to the other ones with different color.

The phone still sucks it dry,but it is nice to flip a switch and have more battery

The first time I tried to sink to the computer, I didn't realize the mini-d plug would not connect to my account. I had to re-connect using the iPhone cord to sink. Other than this, it is so handy to have battery backup after a long day. It usually recharge within the hour.

The charger was advertised as doubling your battery life. I have foud that is just not the case. However, it does get you through a day of use without having to recharge during the day. It's relatively stylish and does a very good job as a phone protector. The button to turn on or off the additional charging seems a little flimsy and I am predicting that this will eventually break. One other criticism to note is the new iphone 5 cord adapter does not fit this product. The product does come with a USB cable to plus in, but it's yet another cord to keep track of. Ideally this product would use the cradle concept and the standard iPhone 5 cord would connect. I am guessing it's a legal patent issue. Overall... the product does work pretty well. Sometimes I just slide the bottom part of the cradle off (very easy to do) and plug in the standard apple cable and just charge the iPhone (but not recharging the external.)

I got this case to offset the short battery life I've been getting from the phone. This case feels nice in your hand with the curved edges and almost doubles my battery time. If you don't mind the extra weight and need more juice, this is the one you need.

I got this as a gift to my friend and he loved it. He said it works really well.

I have had 3 different mophie cases for three diff phones. Can't go with out it

I bought this for my wife. Her phone was constantly out of charge. It was driving the rest of us crazy trying to get in touch with her. This is the best thing that ever happened to the rest of the family, and she likes the pink color. Its a win win.....

My only complaint would be that it does not protect the screen from scratches.

Does a great job and has held up good. Only negative is the weight it adds.

Overall, this is very effective and used frequently (at least daily) to recharge the iphone 5s battery. The only downside is that it heats up while recharging the phone and it adds to size and weight of the unit.

Suits my purpose. May not be for someone who needs a lot of extra battery time
