This product is great but you need to be somewhat careful with the handling of the device. I have been extremely satisfied with the performance and the second battery life has saved me on several occasions. It is strange that the port to charge the case when it is attached to the iPhone actually has a non-standard, non- Apple port, but I have become accustomed to the difference. I have recommended this case to several people however it is not tough enough for everyone to use.

Fast and numerous new options for a business machine. The Geek squad member who helped me in the final set up worked quickly and calmly through several issues that were heart stopping for me until all were resolved - a good job by Geek.
