It's worked out great for me - had a hard time with battery life once new app was added and Mophie saved the day

Bought this because I sometimes need to work 16 hour shifts, and I have no access to an outlet. So far so good. It keeps my phone alive and protects my phone. I have dropped my phone numerous times and no noticeable cracks on my phone. My only gripe is that I wish it was a bit slimmer.

Now that I know how to operate it and to charge it, I really like it. But as I said previously the booklet print is much too small to read clearly, the web site is not much better. A product, any product manufacturer need to assume that the buyer does not have the knowledge or experience that an expert has when she/he buy the product. I did have to go to Best Buy several times to have a person explain it to me.

Love having the extra battery power. The color is really nice, not a flat red, more pearlescent. The plug inside the Mophie for my old iphone4s eventually got loose and stopped working but that was after 2 yrs use so I can't complain.

This is my second case. I used the first one so much the case started to crack. Kept it as a spare
