I purchased this product to extend the battery of my phone while at work where I don't get great service. Turns out that my phone would drop down to about 50% by the end of the day at work. When I attached the mophie pack, my battery would drain completely down to 0% and then I was forced to use the Mophie. Plus the Mophie made my reception even worse. I think that was the problem. When my Mophie was attached I would get no service which would drain my battery faster vs just a little service with no mophie. I ended up not using it. The pack itself is great. Not too big and seemed to protect my phone pretty well. I think that this product just ended up not being right for me but it might be great for others :)

The mophie works as advertised. It is easy to use and gives me peace of mind knowing I have a back up battery when needed.

My phone's charge has started to dwindle. This allows me to charge without carrying other accessories or cords.

Decently protective case that roughly doubles time between charges for iPhone 5. Handy for broken on/off button- can use assistive touch to turn phone off and switch the case battery on to restart. Only minor gripe is that the headphone extension wire failed after less than a month of use.

I had already purchased an inexpensive power providing case for my daughter which shattered the first she dropped it. So I decided to spend the money to get a case that would last. She has dropped this one many times and it protected the iPhone well. She also doesn't end up with a dead battery at the end of the day anymore.
