If you take care of it it will work properly for many months. But at some point it will stop working correctly like not charging, or intermittent charges. I have had may mophie cases and enjoy them for their purpose but it will not last over a year before having to buy a new one.

Not a fan of the wire extender to plug in headphones. It's just something else to lose and replace. Make the whole big enough for standard headphone plug to fit.

Fast and numerous new options for a business machine. The Geek squad member who helped me in the final set up worked quickly and calmly through several issues that were heart stopping for me until all were resolved - a good job by Geek.
