i love the mophie as a whole, my low rating is for the gold one, the gold coloring chips off. I exchanged this for a pink one

The top plastic piece on these cases is the first thing to go out, assuming you don't drop it, it will just be a matter of time until it gets loose and the top retaining piece falls out and breaks. I contacted mophie and they do not sell the piece separate and refereed me back to the store. I used some plastic glue to fix it and I will never buy mophie again just for the fact that the company is so petty with a tiny piece of plastic to customers buying 100+ cases. Shame.

Very happy with my purchase. I opted for the model with more power and glad I did. And using my Best Buy points I purchased it for only $19!

I knew it was cumbersome before I bought it, but ended up not liking how much bigger it made my phone. The charge also didn't last very long. It would probably work for the average-heavy user but I basically live on my phone for work and it wouldn't last the entire day after my phone wore down on its own. I will probably look for one that's smaller and will last longer for my usage.

Mophie makes great products. I have one of the larger external batteries that I've been using for years without fail. The Juicepack battery/case for my iPhone 6+ works fine at recharging my phone but I have found that it hinders Bluetooth connection to my vehicle. I will sometimes have to remove the phone from the case/battery to get it to connect. I also find that if I leave the pack switch on when it's not charging, my phone seems to use the internal battery faster.

It is time for new technology. They don't have a cradle for the case, it gets too hot and they have the same features of the units they started with...time to update

This product is great. My iPhone stopped holding a good charge and this product really helped keep my battery up when I needed it.

I love my morphie case best product ever!! I use my phone for work and being able to charge from the case without plugging in is awesome!!

On the few instances I have been caught with my battery low, I was saved by going to my reserve, the Mophie, all with a flick of a switch!

I love the Mophie Case! When my phone battery is low, I just switch a button on the case and wella, my phone starts charging!

I love having an extra battery built into a durable case. In the hectic life of a truck driver, I can't afford to let my phone die.

This Mophie is great I don't have to worry about using my phone while I am out because I know the Mophie keeps my phone charged longer.

This battery case is awesome. It fully charges my iphone 6s plus on one charge. The case does get scratched easily so be careful.

Bought a iPhone 6plus and wanted a charger that was easy to carry, this was perfect, battery charger at your finger tips.

Works great. Only minimal weight and size for the extra 50-60% of battery. I use it all the time, and wish I had purchased it sooner.

This is needed if you use your phone a lot and wanna get through the whole day. I love mophie products. They are very well built.
