I had been wanting to buy a battery pack for a while now. I did some research, as I always do when buying something. I saw this pack and I just loved it. I know there are some that come with a wall plug and all, but this just seemed like a better buy for me. I travel every now and then for work, and just for fun, and I have a lot of things that need charging. I have my phone of course the Samsung Galaxy S7 Active, my tablet the Samsung Galaxy S2 8.0, my smart watch Samsung Gear S2, my GoPro Hero 4 Silver, and my Bluetooth headphones. Its been great for all those things!! I will say this, It takes quite a while to charge the pack itself. I haven't timed it but I want to say it is roughly like 12 hours or so, so I only charge it at night, and only when its fully dead. I like that it has a battery level indicator on the side, and yes it does last a good while and I can get multiple charges for my various devices out of it. Another great feature is that is has 3 ports for charging. One is a fast charging or something like that, and the next one is a little less fast, and the other is just a normal USB port. It is a little heavy, but I always have it in my backpack so I don't feel the weight so much.

This portable charger will charge your devices numerous times with ease - and simultaneously if so desired. It's large and heavy and takes quite a while to fully charge (as expected) - consider this when making your purchase. A helpful hint - I bought a Nintendo 3DS case to store this battery when traveling; it fits perfectly in the bottom section, and the 'separator' built into the case is helpful to separate any charging cables in the top section that you may wish to carry as well. Just don't charge your devices when in this case (or any other), per Mophie's instructions - to avoid overheating potential.

I bought this so I wouldn’t have any battery worries. It has been AMAZING! Charged 4 phones and still had several dots left. I highly recommend!

Heavy cell phone user. My battery always die quickly. I visited my local Best Buy Store and the 3.8V 20000 mAh Mophie power pack attracted my attention. It was a good buy. I never ran out of battery juice on my phone again. Portable, Fast Charger and the price is right.

When one hears the name “Mophie,” Certain standards come to mind. This device does not live up to those standards. The charges my phone up to five times from completely dead. That’s great. However, it does so slowly. The new standard output reading is 2.4; this device only put 2.1. It is significantly slower than the 2.4 output devices.

It's a great portable charger with a huge capacity. I was working 70+ hour weeks and my phone was dying before I finished work on a daily basis so I got this. At the time the guy at the counter tried to talk me down to one of their BestBuy brands as this is $100 and their brands are cheaper for what you get, but I wanted the one with the largest capacity. This thing recharged my Galaxy Note 8 multiple times throughout a single week without needing to be recharged. You could take this thing camping with you and not have to worry about outlets for your phone. Theres 3 USB ports and 2 of them are 2.1a for fast charging, third is 1.0, so you can charge up to 3 at a time though I just use it for my phone. I want to play around with LED strips for a rave and plug it into this for fun. It works too since it fits in my pocket tho it is sizeable. If you're a girl then you might need a purse. 5 stars because it works better than expected for it's intended purpose. I rather have been safe than sorry though, but BestBuy is great about returns and even price matching after you buy it. Reasonably within the return policy I believe though. Hope this helps anyone on the fence.

To be honest I was hesitant to buy another backup charger. However its one of the best purchases I've done. I have 100+ hours stored in it, can easily take it anywhere I like. Can slip it in my bag and take it on the go. Great for a backup or for an emergency. Easily can charge my Galaxy S8+ even with the option of choosing the charge rate. The durability on this took me by surprise. Accidentally dropped it on cement 4 feet landing on its side, a slight scratch but no damage to the device. Wish it included a case for it or a pouch so it could prevent getting scratched. Other than that I would highly recommend it to someone who needs more than a small backup charger or have hours of work to do on their phone or tablet, even with a MacBook.

I personally think the Mophie Powerstation XXL is a great device since it can power your smartphone up to 10 times or 8 times if you have a large phone such as the iPhone 6 or 7 Plus. I'll admit that the power back is a bit bulky, but you have power to spare with this device. Would be perfect for a long international flight. Full charging does take about 12-14 hours, but once you have it charged all the way, you don't have to worry about running out of power on your devices such as smartphone, iPad, Tablet, Bluetooth speaker headphones and so forth.

I love the concept of a batter pack for traveling or weather backup. I purchased this as a backup for bad weather. I ended up returning it because it too a very long time to charge and it didn't even come with a charging brick. I wanted something that would be compatible with USB-C plus able to charge my USB-C equipped TouchBar MacBook Pro. There is a version out that does this, it's not available at Best Buy yet. I think I'll pick one up when they carry it.

Loving my mophie powerstation xxl alot What can I say it really good I love mophie product , this powerstation xxl keep my iPhone 8 100% battery and I love that I uesd it alot time and still have juice on my mophie I don’t complain that it’s big and heavy Thank you mophie you are my favorite!

I love love this charger. I use it for my cell phone, tablet, and digital camera. This is the larger Mophie. I also have the smaller one that does great but only charges my cell phone 4 times before needing recharged. Both have a gauge on them so you can tell if it needs charging. The large one holds way more charges. It has 2 charging powers. Of course the 2.1A for tablets. There are two 2.1 A slots and one 1.0A. You can charge 3 devices at once. It charges my devices quickly! Did I say I love this device!!!! If you are planning a nice trip this is a must. But I use my any time I'm away from my wall charger. I don't leave home without it!

Although somewhat bulky it fits in our backpacks quite well when we go to Disney. Can't remember how many phones we've charged without recharging the unit; with grandchildren daughters and son-in-laws all using it at various times, works great.

We recently had a major hurricane pass through & in the craziness of evacuating I realized I left my phone charger behind. This battery is a beast! Quickly charged my phone every time & couldn't believe how many charges I got out of the battery before it needed recharging. Excellent investment!

I ordered this portable charger specifically for my Samsung Note 8 phone, and it works very well. It charges the phone relatively quickly, and I have been able to fully charge the phone 3 or so times on a full battery. The only downside are the size (it is rather large), and the time it takes to completely charge the battery (several hours). However, these are mitigated by the ease of use, and the convenience of having a portable charger that charges devices quickly.

Excellent source of portable power. Unit is a bit heavy but that is to be expected with a unit of this size. Easily recharges a tablet and smartphone that are dead with power to spare.
