Good phone but ballistic nylon a bit "slippery"

Phone size is good especially since its mostly screen. OS has not crashed yet considering several apps are constantly running in the background. The ballistic nylon back is unique but does need getting use to. Does feel a little "slippery". There is the non-ballistic nylon version. Overall good phone for average user.

This is an awesome phone. My old droid razor I use to have to charge every day. The DROID TURBO I only have to charge every 3 to 4 days. The only thing I do not like is the contact list does not have an ABC index on the side of the display for quick access, you can type in the name or scroll through your whole contact list. Overall a great phone!

It's fast, it has GREAT battery life and it basically runs STOCK Android. I'm not a big fan of "skinned" Android, ie: Samsung. The biggest cons for me is no replaceable battery, expandable memory, and a locked bootloader (Verizon forced this). Assuming, the battery doesn't malfunction and you charge properly this shouldn't be an issue. The locked bootloader restricts the ability to load a custom ROM and restricts the ability to root the phone (minor for MOST people).

Love this phone, especially the battery life. The battery lasts all day and night. I am a fairly heavy user, and I unplug it from the charger in the morning, then don't reconnect to the charger until I go to bed. Forgot to hook it up to the charger before I went to bed, still had 20% charge left in the morning. Plugged into the turbo charger, and 1 hour later, fully charged. Never had a smart phone last this long without recharging.

This phone is extremely durable. It has already been dropped several times (not on purpose) and is not showing any wear and screen is still in tact. Features are similar to other Droid phones, but processing is pretty quick. Rough backing on the phone helps for grip when not in a case, unlike the older versions that were smooth and slippery.

First off I paid $1 for the phone, which is awesome considering it has all the top of the line specs. Battery life is awesome. I am a heavy user always on my phone and it will last all day no problem. Bottom line, awesome phone. Love it.

This is a good phone... Seemed to do everything that was said. However, I didn't like the camera features. Battery lasted about 14hrs using at work and being on the road a lot. Eventually I ended up switching back to iPhone. Just something I'm more comfortable using and like better.

Great phone. Easy to use. Camera is very good. Love the textured back. I have not needed a cover for protection. The only thing that I do not like are all the preloaded apps that I will never use. Clutters up my app list.

After having the cell phone for the last 6 days, I'm really impressed with how Motorola and Verizon teamed up to make this gem. I've been an android user since the very start of the "smart phone" era and I can honestly say with this being my first "droid" phone, I'm loving it! while its not my perfect ideal cell, it does more than enough for my needs and wants. With that being said there are other cell phones in the market one should look at to make sure you find your perfect fit. After messing with the Samsung s6 I just felt this cell phone was to thin for my taste and wanted something I didn't have to feel so delicate with, and even though the S6 has newer hardware chips and more PPI in its screen than the Turbo, its all about the feel in the hand #performance on these devices are close enough to no matter for myself#. Also while an off contract phone like the OnePlus one is a beast and I've been wanting to get my hands on one or wait for the OnePlus Two I'm glad I didn't, the 5.1 inch on the droid turbo is perfect for me and anything bigger would look nicer when watching youtube or Netflix but the day to day one handed used would be out the window. Heck I even had to move some apps in the homes screen #call button and messages etc.# around on my Droid Turbo just to make the layout easy to move around with while only using one hand. As many have mentioned the battery life is top notch, as someone who does real estate when I'm not at my fulltime job, I'm constantly using the cell or yelling out "Ok Yoda Navigate too...." pretty much all day with the battery not taking such a big hit. Also usually when the cell gets to around 54%-70% I just slap on the Turbo Charger wait around 30 minutes and I'm back on or near 100% #the phone also features wireless charging but I would stay away since there is no wireless turbo charging# . The camera is wonderful when your using it outside in a nice bright or well lit day but inside it can be a hit or miss with the miss being a little more common than the hit #with poor lighting being the main factor#, but with lollipop soon coming to upgrade the Turbo software I'm hoping that this will address the camera's inside picture images. Although there is some bloat ware from Verizon, speed and performance are excellent and doesn't slow down your phone and the android experience is nearly stock #for people who really want to remove the bloat ware there is a way and if you use Google search engine or YouTube you can figure it out#. My only cons about the phone is there's no upgradable storage, the phone is only on Verizon and you need to be put in a contract in order to get the sweet deal because paying full price would be pointless when there's other phones #such as the OnePlus One# which are cheaper and are on pair with the turbo if you don't mind getting a bigger screen and not having an OLED screen. Also I don't mind dedicated keys on the bottom of the phone I just wish they would turn off when I'm using YouTube and have it on landscape mode. As of now I'm not experience any error's or overheating #I think Verizon fixed all those issues with software updates# , but should anything arise ill update my report.

The phone is easy to navigate and easy to use. The camera could use some improvement. If you don't have a lot of light the camera will lag a lot. Also, the slightest movement can cause a picture to come out blurry. Otherwise a good phone.

This phone is pretty good. Operates smoothly and take great pictures. Only complaint is that phone tends to get hot/overheat but I think I've fixed that problem with removing the Facebook app. Other than that, everything else is good

Went to buy a Samsung Galaxy S6 but left with this because the camera was SO much better! Everything else was negligable and not all better on the Galaxy either. Go better and cheaper? Yes please!
