After only having phone only 17 days, i called for service. Geek squad is useless. I was promised a new replacement phone would be sent. Not true! Best Buy only guaranteed phone for 14 days. Service tech misinformed me about a new replacement. I was sent an e-gift card to buy a new phone. Card did not cover a full replacement cost. Geek squad customer service reps are rude and hung up on me after I asked for a phone number to call Motorola. They did not have it and when I said they should, I was told to Google it and call was disconnected.
