Performs well and easy to use and looks minimal and low profile. Fits comfortably and sounds loud and clear perfect for daily use doing normal activities and battery lasts a long time.

Works Good

I can hear almost all incoming and outgoing calls. The ones I have problems with and have to disconnect earpiece and just use phone are probably problems with the business I'm calling rather than the Motorola earpiece.
