I finally found out from a Motorola Eng, that this is because there is an issue with the software and QI charger. I finally got another one today, and I had to plug it into my computer to get a 100% charger and I will see how things go. I am an elite customer so, I have enough days to test it out. If it keeps its charge going and doesn't blow up on me again, I may keep it. But, to be very honest, Get the LG or the Samsung if you want a Android Wear Device.

My watch stopped holding its charge about 12 months into ownership. I sent it back to motorola. by the time it was processed and in their system my warranty expired. I asked NICELY if they'd consider the circumstance and give me a break, They declined and returned the broken watch. In all fairness they were within their rights, but this experience has soured me and I wont buy anymore motorola products
