Overall one of the best range walkie talkie and its a motorola

These are really nice two way radios! Feel nicely made and very clear. Haven't used them at very long distances yet, but overall they have been great.

I needed a 2-way radio for a work project. This equipment worked fine except it automatically defaults to VOX when connecting a headset. I wanted to use the PTT button with the headsets but this set would not allow it.

Great radios, appreciate the built in weather alerts. Rechargeable or alkaline batteries is a plus for these handsets. The push to talk has a delay that takes getting used to, as our previous Motorola radios were not like this. Press to talk, wait 1 or 2 seconds and then speak. Previously there was no delay.

Used these as communication on a cross country trip from New England to the west coast. Had some small areas of not working (mostly city). Make sure your passenger uses as most states consider it distracted driving.

I use it to communicate with people in my house from my garage. Works great.

These talkie are great out the box had a 3/4 charge tested them out worked fine. Added a ptt(push to talk) and a headset worked like a charm I was able to talk and hear clearly. Battery last 6-8 hours which is good. The only down side I can say about this product is price a bit much and range. I believe it's suppose to be good up to 30mile on ideal weather but worked around 15-18miles which is good but not near whats promised.

Good for keeping track of kids. Easy to use and add safety doesn't cost extra to know where your kids are

We have used these in and around the city as well as on the open road. They are the best I have owned.

I bought these radios before traveling on vacation to be able to keep in contact with everyone. They worked great for what I needed. We tested the range and drove different directions and the signal faded pretty quickly with trees and hills in the way. Signal is good but they are $50 radios so you can't expect them to be amazing. Would definitely recommend these if you're staying within a mile or 2 of the other radios but if you're looking for long distance connectivity you will need something more powerful.

These worked perfect while on our cruise. We were able to keep in touch on the ship and in port.

I have not owned a walkie talkie for years. I researched on line and determined to try out a set of Motorola radios. Most all of my electronics are purchased at Best Buy. Because I have always received great customer service from Best Buy, the decision to purchase there was a no brainer. I am happy with the Motorola radios purchased at Best Buy recently and will continue shopping there in the future.

I bought these for my youth group trip. We were traveling in passenger vans and wanted to stay in communication with each other. These were a great help in doing that. Only does side is it does not work long range in cities.

The radios performed as we were led to believe from folks we know who had them.

Easy to use and good clarity in school buildings. We use this item in 7 schools for the after school program.

We bought these to use on our cruises, as our existing ones didn't have much range. These were great. They are very easy to use. We also love the fact that you have the option to use the included rechargeable battery.
