Solid keyboard tray

It is as solid now as it was on day one. I move it a couple times a week but mostly it stays out fully extended.

Fully Adjustable

Won't hold its vertical position

I've tried adjusting the other screws in the mount lever arms, but that's only served to make it more difficult to raise the tray and does nothing to keep the tray from lowering immediately after it's raised. Incredibly disappointed, especially compared to the other Mount-It products I've tried.

Don’t buy from Best Buy

We were going to take it back two weeks later, unopened, and they would not accept the return!!!!!
