This phone holder was ideal for my vehicle which is a 2005 RX330 and since I don’t use the DVD player no feature was lost. This holder places my phone in my line of sight and easy reach. It is perfect for my application

All of my opinions are positive. This product is very well made and durable. With the push of a button on the back side the mount, the holders on the left and right expand (spring loaded). When you want to mount the phone, just place your phone into the mount squeeze the sides. Points that hold the phone a rubberized. Your phone will not fall or slip out. The bottom of the mount is open so you can plug in your charger into your phone. The idea is brilliant and far surpasses the mount with suction cups that can and do fail. All I can say is I LOVE this device and it really works. Don't hesitate to buy. You will be satisfied with this purchase, I guarantee it.

I had two vent phone holders and one of them broke. I got this CD unit to replace the broken one. I installed it in the unused CD slot on my wife's car. It's solid as a rock! Holds my Samsung S9+ with a cover with no problem, and releases the phone with the push of a button. I liked it so much, I ordered a second one for my car, even though my vent holder is still working. This one is just so much better, I'll replace the vent holder and just save it as a spare or give it away.

This installed easily in the cd player and would be easy to uninstall if I wanted to use the CD player. It’s small enough to hold my iPhone SE but would expand for larger phones when I upgrade. It swivels but sometimes too easily as I sometimes accidentally push it away rather than towards me. Nice that I can still charge it while it is in the holder. I have a Ford Focus and I can still access the radio buttons below it with no trouble.

This is a great car holder for my old iPhone 6 Plus. It expands to accommodate any size phone and you can keep the phone plugged in. I appreciate that you can quickly release the holder by pressing the button on the back. I have a Mazda CX-5, and the holder partially obstructs the entertainment screen just below the CD holder. If I am backing up i just temporarily move the holder a bit out of the way so I can view the back camera. Otherwise, it doesn’t bother me that much.

It fits both vehicles and our phones really great, it stays in real well. I like it.

I placed it in the cd slot and fit perfectly and hold the cell firmly. I like it. My cell phone is a Samsung galaxy S20 ultra.

This product is very durable an easy to use. It holds your phone very sturdy.

I didn't want to give up my cup holders. I was tired of the suction cup. You slide it into the unused disc player and voila, secured and out of the way of obstructing your view.

I've had problems with other CD mounts that are loose and eventually slip out of the CD player. Not so with this design, very tight sturdy fit in Toyota CD players.

Got it for my 2008 Silverado truck which has a cd cartridge. This fit perfectly and holds the phone well.

Could make it a bit more sturdy. I had to add a 3M velcro tape just to keep it facing up. The phone holder itself definitely holds up well!

Fit right into the CD slot on y dash (good if you never play CD's) easy rach for my phone.

Although the device holder is sturdy in design, the holster needs to be constantly tightened to hold the phone in one position.

Only is useful if you doing use your CD player in the car. Somewhat weird to assemble.
