It was not a good purchase for me.....and it ended up having a problem.

For some reason this machine is harder to understand than I thought it would be. When you put in water it seems to use a lot more water than you would think. Put in 6 cups of water and it barely makes 2 cups of coffee. I understand you will lose some water just didn't think that much. Going to return and try the Keurig.

Bought Dec.11 it's Feb 11 and kaput! Seems like when I buy warranty and it breaks it's not covered,( 2 sets of headphones) but if I don't buy the warranty it breaks or quits working , so......... What to do? Back up 10 yards and punt? Nope , tear into it and fix it myself cuz I'm sick of handing $$ out

Bought it Aug 8th. Died on October 9. Won't pump the water. Tried all types of remedies. Nothing worked. Worked fine until it broke. Wasn't amazing - made decent coffee.

Expected more... features are average. cost seem high

i tried it because it was lower cost than the cuisinart. I returned it 2 days later. it was kinda clunky, and the way the lid opens means it has to be fully pulled out to the front of the counter (meaning no cabinet overhead) so it takes up so much counter space.

Less than two years later the coffee maker no longer brews. The warmer plate no longer turns on, the water no longer heats up to make the coffee. Another coffee maker sent to the dump!

We bought this coffee pot because Mr Coffee had a good reputation. 2 months after the 12 month warranty is over it stopped working. we are disappointed. It made good coffee while it lasted.

Mr Coffee built this machine with a focus on making an easy, consistent brew every time. There's numbers and color codes to match on the machine water level, carafe, and supplied coffee scoop. The intention is to fill each one to the same # level each time so you'll have a consistent brew each time. It makes sense, though more experienced coffee users probably have their scoop and water measure down already. Some of the other features I was happy to see were the built-in water filter and "brew later" feature. The water filter is a simple cartridge you have to replace monthly. I honestly don't know how well it works because I haven't tried it without it, but it's a good feature for coffee snobs. Outside of making a solid cup of coffee, the "brew later" is my favorite part of this machine. It's not anything ground breaking, but being able to prep my coffee the night before and have it automatically brew for me in the morning is fantastic. No longer will I have to decide between getting my coffee ready or answering the beckoning of my cat to scratch her back in the morning. Aesthetically, the body is adorned in a classy silver finish with a simple, modern look. It's unmistakably a coffee machine, but with nice curved edges that'll look good on just about any countertop. It's light overall and seems decently built, however I was kind of hoping it was metal. Then again, that would certainly increase the price point so I'm fine with it. I'm nitpicking here, which is generally a good thing. There's fancier coffee makers out there, but if you're simply looking for a nice coffee maker with a few excellent features that makes a consistently good brew, you'll love this machine.

Machine stopped working a week after I could return to best buy. These boards say its a great machine. Check the Mr. Coffee boards. Everyone says its garbage. Had to send it to manufacturer, send them pictures, waste of hours just to get a another one that they claimed "took care" of the problem. Im waiting for it to break again and I will just go with a different brand.

It quit working about 2 months after daily use. I liked it, until it stopped working! It skips directly to the "done" cycle when I turn it on so it won't even begin to brew coffee.

Picked this up right before they closed today... Not a direct review on the product itself... bought this as a gift! Went to set it up and realized the glass coffee pot was all shattered from the bottom, luckily was in the bag still it came in so glass didn’t go everywhere but heard a lot of clinking as I was pulling it out the box so it made sense.... will update review once I get a new one, expecting a smooth exchange process

Bought this in May 2020 and it is now October 2020. Could not make coffee this morning because this coffee maker kept beeping, telling me that the coffee was finished brewing but it didn't brew at all. Totally messed up in less than a year. No more Mr. Coffee coffee makers for me.

I haven't tried the coffeemaker yet, but am disappointed the scoop wasn't included in the box. Mine has it listed as "included" in the description.

Nice coffee maker with good features but after 4 months it just quit brewing. Power was on, clock was working. It just would not send water through to brew. It went straight to the warming cycle. Poor service. No answer from an email support request or a twitter support request.

Set it to brew later and it started beeping non-stop. The clock wigs out and it does absolutely nothing but beep. On Mr. Coffee's website this same model had about a 1.5 star review. All broke within 3 months. Mine lasted 3 weeks. Take it off your shelves and don't sell it.

Worked well when initially bought, unfortunately it stopped working after only having one month.

I do not recommend this coffee pot. I have has this for 15 months. It now turns on and off by itself. Up until now, I thought it was your typical coffee pot, nothing special but it worked. I do not use the filter part, I put filtered water in it.

It is an easy and elegant way to make coffee. The construction of this product is designed for those who only need to make a simple cup of coffee and nothing else. Aesthetically it is a beautiful piece, it has a great finish and it seems like brought from the future. The coffee preparation programming is quite easy to use, has few buttons and this makes it look a bit minimalist. The cup meter, which at first seems a bit odd, turns the experience of brewing coffee into something very simple and satisfying. The only bad thing is that the small water filter needs to be changed every month and it doesn’t come with filter for the carafe, you have to buy them, but the regular coffee maker filters are cheap and you get a lot in one purchase.

I had high hope for this product. But Mr. Coffee you disappointed me with this device. worked perfect when it was working during the time. but now if just stopped working.
