Reading the perks of this program, I thought about the ROI, but knowing the price match within 60 days and member's pricing and early shopping, I'd thought I'd give it a try,,it's only been a few days but we will see.

I’m so glad I signed up for the Best Buy membership! The benefits have made shopping even more enjoyable. The exclusive discounts, early access to deals, and free shipping have already saved me a lot, and the rewards points add up faster than I expected. Bought a HP Slim Desktop on 12/14/25. Was not told it was a "refurbished" unit. When asked about getting a bigger hard drive, the salesman went up front and got one. He was polite and efficient, but evidently he sold us the wrong drive. He brought up a SATA instead of SSD M.2. I had to research and order my SSD M.2 online and purchase another drive.

I am still learning how it works and will let all know later.

Plus, program is definitely worth the money you get discounts on a lot of things plus there’s a lot of other perks for being a member. I enjoy having a better return policy also just in case there’s an issue with products.

After three cancelations by company finally had installed. Was very close to go to returning and going elsewhere

I used the memebership right away because my laptop came with a pin and it also appeared that a bitlocker was activated. The reason was not clear. I bought an open box in excellent condition. That should never happen! When somebody brings back a computer the staff should check if the computer is back to factory settings. But obviously nobody did that. And because of that I miss the laptop now for 4 weeks because it was more than two weeks at Best Buy for the reset and I am on vacation now. Not the best experience I had until now with Best Buy with that laptop. But the staff was wonderful and tried to help me as good as possible. That made my experience a little bit better. A big thank you for that! I hope the laptop will work fine and I will have no problems in the future with it anymore.

Great advantage having Best Buy Plus membership. Worked great with free install service for our 100" TV. Wasn't Geek squad but a Third party install. Still did an amazing job and picked up all there supplies and area before leaving.

It’s ok. I downgraded to this membership after a simple solar battery install cost me more than the parts. $129.00 to be exact. I had the $170.00 membership & now that seems to be of no help to me at all with home install. I’m very disappointed with Best Buy for the changes.

If you are used to buy frequently in Best Buy, this could save you a little bit of extra money.

This membership helped to reduce in cost several items that I needed to get started for my online course. For example, I got a great member price on my Dell laptop, Microsoft Office, and Norton Security. In fact, the savings I received more than offset the price of the membership. Now I have the advantage of having the use of the membership for other items. I'm thinking of getting a surge protector at a reduced price. Also, the service I received at the store was fantastic. I ordered a HP envy printer which was not in stock that day. They assured me it would arrive in a few days and surely it did arrive. I received an email with instructions and when I arrived at the store they knew exactly what I came for and I was able to go out the door with it in less than ten minutes!

I haven’t had to purchase electronics in a while up until about a few months ago. I can honestly say that great customer service goes a long way and knowing the products helps making a purchases a lot more easier. I hadn’t planned on opening up new credit card, but this was so worth it. I think this is the first card I had where you really see awesome rewards and it does not take forever to get them. It actually feels good to enter a store and not get overwhelmed and feel pushed into buying things you don’t need. Thanks Best Buy!
