I brought my son's Gaming PC in parts. Best Buy Yearly Membership covered the assembly at $0 cost. I received 100% best-quality service with no $ spent. Second time after the move, the PC's hard drive needed repair, which was again covered at $0 due to this membership. I ended up saving more than $400 with the best quality service and meeting wonderful people. I highly recommend investing in this membership.

I purchased a Sharp carousel microwave after our last one died, and i couldn't be happier for this purchase. It is so quiet that I cannot hear the turn table is turning. The keypad is 1 piece and makes cleaning very easy. It has a little more power than my last one and takes only 2/3 of space. To my surprise it also has child safety features that prevents kids to open the door if there is a hot dish inside, make sure to read the manual I would recommend it for anyone who need a good microwave and not a lot of room on counter top.

I bought this to fly my X-Plane 12. I first tried to use my Mac PowerBook, but it just did not have the capabilities to use 3 separate monitors. So I bought my first PC ever. I have been very pleased. I am able to run 4 separate monitors, which really adds to the realism. However, if I had to do it over, I would upgrade the graphics card a notch or two. On occasion, I get a message that the computer slows down a bit. With that said, it is really not noticeable. In a hour of flight time, I may loose a couple of minutes. On my PowerBook, it would take an hour to fly a 30 minute flight.

Best Buy Total membership costs $200 per year, and I've already recovered $110 of that in two months when BB reduced prices on things I already bought and credited me the difference. It also provides 60 day returns, up to 2 years product protection, 24/7 tech support, and discounted repairs. I bought a high-end gaming desktop & curved OLED monitor so it was a good deal.

I love my BBYM because 1st it is way more inexpensive than sometimes even 1 geek squad visit. 2nd I can make an appointment at any time and get any issues resolved most often the same day! And 3rd they are all so very helpful, courteous and never make me feel silly (I’m a little older ).

I like this Lenovo so far, it is extremely easy to use and meets all my needs for the class I am taking. I decided to move away from HP because the HP Customer Service was horrendous when my almost new HP Envy laptop's hard drive failed and I was trying put a claim on the extended warranty. My very first laptop (when Lenovo was owned by IBM) was amazing and was a beast, so I am I hopeful I have the same success.

Took my computer in as it had been taken over by a malware infection leaving it useless. Made appointment for same day and took it in to Best Buy. Decided to purchase the annual membership because we can have our other laptops worked on as well. Service was fast with explanation that we could understand. Best investment we’ve made to keep us up and running.

This membership made it easy and cost effective to quickly and effectively wipe my computer of possible infection. I was also impressed with the staff. They were friendly and flexible, though they were clearly overwhelmed and I had no appointment.

Worth it for school laptop maintenance/update. It gives great peace of mind knowing tech support is always available whenever issues pop up during the semester.

Best decision i made was to buy this with my Laptop. They provide good protection against damage, price match is the best thing as well. Saved $400 dollars on my laptop and was refunded a month or two after purchasing my laptop due to blackfriday sales. Was very easy to claim the refund which more than paid for my bestbuy plus membership.

The product is high quality, and meets all my needs. I received personal service in store to direct me to the Best product. Having dealt with many vendors as many have, the product, the price, the support, the service on the purchase is superior in every way. We can buy “things” anywhere, but at Best Buy, customers, like me, get the Best of all possible worlds!

This just depends on the type of consumer you are if you are a tech geek and always buys a lot of new things that come out this membership helps a lot because there are a lot of perks such as discounts and the coverage for your MacBook if you bought a MacBook or you decided you’re gonna buy . If you’re just the average Joe like myself, I’d recommend buying the membership. Only if you are the type that needs peace of mind and some kind of insurance if you just simply don’t care about coverage or you’re just gonna make one purchase and one purchase only or you make a purchase once in a few years, then the membership wouldn’t really be much of a asset to you. Overall, when I’ve had to speak to someone from Best Buy, the experiences have always been fast, simple and straight forward.

More advantages to get the membership than to pay for every single thing that you will eventually need like repairs or other services

It’s good if u don’t know how to fix something electric only thing I don’t like is they do take a long time or I’m just impatient cause I’m so ready to see my pc

I bought this TV at Best Buy and I’m really happy with it. The picture quality is sharp and vibrant, the 75” screen feels super immersive like in a theater, and the Tizen system is fast and easy to use. Great value for the price, and as a premium member I got 15% of discount—definitely recommend! Side note: the custom service 5/5 stars, both the cashier and the person who helped carry the tv were nice and efficient, experts in what they do. (Best Buy never disappoints)

My daughter is delighted with her laptop; the design and color are lovely, the processor works very well, and she loves the touchscreen feature.

The membership is pretty expensive, but I have already taken advantage of it enough to where it was worth it. And I got “free” installation of my washer and dryer

Along with a purchase of a TV, adding the membership was a no brainer to cover a longer warranty period and get benefits of the membership itself. Downsides were hard to find considering the deal lowered the price of the total purchase essentially covering the membership price.
