This thing is to heavy for a child.. Gets extremely hot.. Not allot of accessories.. The port for the charger is in the worst place thinkable..Kids want to play while charging .they cant or the charger will get damaged and breaks at charging port..the best one of all..No One carries the charger cable..not Best buy..Frys..Radio shack..wall mart..only on Amazon..Very Dissapointed.. To fix the Issue..Threw it to the trash and got my Daughter a Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5..problem fixed ..

From a specs side, this tablet isn't a slouch by any means, and as a parent, I will occasionally use it myself (I have a Note tablet and prefer that), the parental controls are what make this tablet. The parental controls allow you to set time limits for individual apps, or overall time use. In addition, to install apps, your child will need you to go into "Parent Mode" to use the Google Play Store (or another app store of your choosing) to download the app. After it is downloaded, it needs to be enabled for kid mode. Yes, you can use apps that you don't want your kids to! Nabi has also developed a messaging app, so that your kids can message you. It only allows them to message people you approve, and masks their identity Two things I would change: 1) Display - While the display isn't terrible, it isn't a modern high resolution display. 2) Parental controls - make them manageable online

We took Nabi on 2 vacation trips.It did well! I did not like some of the games and could not remove them-hence the reason I gave it 4 rather than 5 stars. I put many educational games and media that supports our family values. It is great and safe.

Bought for my 4 year old nephew. Easy for child to navigate. Able to set parental settings and timers to limit use. Over all great tablet for kids

It's an ok tablet for the kids, it will withstand falls compared to other tablets well built other than the CPU conflict. FYI it cant play Minnion Rush for some apparent reason. There are two versions be aware please. I have the Model: DMTAB-IN08B the ending letter B which is the Nvidia Tegra 4 T40S CPU. Not sure if this is the case why Minnion Rush can't play. The other is the Model: DMTAB-IN08A which is the Intel Bay Trail-T Atom Z3745 CPU. Regardless of the fact Bestbuy should specify what model they are selling. Online it says the DMTAB-IN08A but what your really buying the the DMTAB-IN08B. I'm bummed out because I wanted to return it because I have the Nvidia CPU. I Trust Intel Processors my opinion LOL. But I can't because my little one love the Tablet. In the end Nabi and Bestbuy wins just because a 6 year old love it.

My 3 yr old daughter loves using this tablet more so to watch YouTube videos of toy reviews. However, the battery life on this unit sucks big time and drains very quickly.

I absolutely love this tablet. The timers that I can set for certain apps and he can do homework and pick his grade level. We also downloaded the YouTube kids app and he loves it. I really enjoy nabi mom so I can adjust the tablet according to my preference. We went camping and he had taken pictures and videos and he enjoys looking at them and I love how the pictures and videos were from his point of view. Great Tablet overall. I will definitely purchase another one for my 2 year old. Very pleased.

My grandsons really enjoy their Nabi tablet. It keeps them busy. It's very educational. They love taking pictures. They love it.

Its easy for her to use, she understands exactly what to do and she feels like she has something that is different from an adult but is just as good. She likes this much more than the Kindle Fire she was also given.

I had to replace the first one I purchased because it wouldn't update but after we got my sons replacement, My son loves it!!! Works like a kids tablet and can also be used to go in the Internet, YouTube, etc...

We have 2. Both are working great so far. Lots of great games. Super parental controls. Good screen. Sturdy.

my grandson just LOVES this he's 2 1/2 and even though its rated for 6+ he can work it better than his brothers that are older :) I would recomend this for children ! its a wonderful learning tool.

My granddaughter is 4 years old and loves it. She knows exactly what to do and is teaching her great-grandmother how to use it. She will just grab it and find a place to sit and starts playing.

The buttons are easy to use for our 3 year old which helps minimize how many times they need help with the tablet. Takes a long time to charge.

I recently purchased this for my children 5 and 6. It was easy for me to set up as well as download games. Both kids were able to access the games and other programs without any trouble so that was a plus! I especially enjoyed the parental controls over which games are eligible for play and how we can limit their time on playing with the device. They love it so much we may need to purchase a second one to keep them from arguing :)

my kid loves it, comes with a lot of learning activites, the only down side for my nabi is the battery dies extremely fast. I'm not sure if mine is defective or that is just the way they are

This is everything for a child that a parent could want, our child is so very excited to have his very "own tablet" and we as parents are equally excited how child friendly it is,such a worry free tablet it is, for us as parents.Thank you NABI!!

This is a really nice tablet for kids and adults can use it as well. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it doesn't hold a charge more than 24 hrs even when not in use
