A reliable choice for pet owners. I don’t have to do much at all — it empties and cleans itself, which is a huge plus. It also maps out the rooms really accurately, so it never misses a spot. Overall, I’m really happy with it. It’s efficient, low-maintenance, and honestly the quietest vacuum I’ve ever owned. Totally worth it.

After using the Narwal Freo Pro for a while, I'm really pleased with how well it handles pet hair without getting tangled up. This robot works really well. I am so impressed by its performance that, eight months after my purchase, I came back here to write this review. I tried two other, even more expensive robots along the way, but this Narwal robot does the job effortlessly. Thank you, Narwal, for this.

This one turned out great. I love having the both the vacuum and mopping in one machine. Once it maps out the rooms it makes it easy to schedule when and what rooms to do.

It’s has been doing really well at mopping and picking up hair. It only got stuck once on a cable I left around. Overall it’s maps out the house really well.

We’ve had the Narwal T10 for a while and loved it, so we decided to upgrade to the Freo Pro — and it’s been totally worth it. The improvements are noticeable right away: smarter mapping, stronger cleaning power, and the whole system just feels more hands-off. It vacuums and mops really well, and the self-cleaning and drying features are a huge time-saver. Overall, it’s been a great helper around the house and a solid upgrade from the T10. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a powerful all-in-one robot cleaner.

This thing works great, mops well. You only have to change the filter bag every few weeks so that convenient as well

Amazing carpet cleaner and mopping robot. We have two other Samsungs robot but norwal is as good but can also mop. Another positive is the app allows to create sections of rooms and store multiple rooms that can be managed by days / times. The only negative is clearing of the water tub. Cleaning has to be done every 3 days or so to avoid smelly nasty water

Amazing vacuum,super quiet and easy to setup,for sure a recommended this vacuum.

The functions great, the app great, the concept great but it all ended about 10 months in. My NARWAL can mop AND vacuum that was until the home station kept thinking that the clean water tank was always empty even though it would be completely full. It even began leaking and making a huge mess. I am currently working on get support since it is still barely under warranty but if I can’t get this resolved, I would not recommend.

I bought this for my son's birthday in June. He hasn't had any problems with it. He says it works well on his hardwood floors.
