I never leave reviews but I had to since the Narwal Ultra X changed my life. I have a lab that just doesn’t stop shedding. Throughout the years I’ve purchased different robots and still had to continuously vacuum. I can’t believe how the Narwal picks up all the dog hair, mops the floor and leaves it so clean. I schedule the Narwal to go on before I get home and now instead of walking into dog hair I walk into a clean home.! I highly recommend the Narwal. This is a must for pet owners! Worth every penny!!

Does excellent job cleaning. Fast and consistent job completion. Only downside I can is water tank sponge filter not economically replaceable. Only option I can find to purchase is $259 kit. We like to keep inventory to consumables on hand so this could be a problem. Software is easy to learn.

The cleaning condition is not good. The edges of the room are not cleaned. The floor is too wet because the water level is not controlled when using the water vacuum.

I’m really impressed with this robot vacuum. It has strong suction that picks up a lot of dust and dirt, even from carpets. The brush doesn’t get tangled with hair, which is great. It also mops really well and goes back to clean spots if needed. Super easy to use and keeps my floors really clean.

It spent 30 minutes going back and forth on a 2x5 low-pile rug without cleaning it. I initially assumed this was because it was mapping for the first time, but no—it repeated the same behavior every time it ran. Additionally, it consistently gets tangled on objects that it’s advertised to avoid, poor obstacle detection and navigation.

strong suction power and quite enough. I like their zero tangling brush.

This robot got a bonus pack with the extra mops. It is better than Amazon.
