I loved! My coffee is so delicious I've been using it every day for my coffee before going to work! very easy to use and clean too! I loved my new one here

It makes great frost for cappuccino. We have been using it every day and it works great. Good quality materials, doesn't drip when you pour. Only drawback is that milk tends to burn on the bottom if you don't clean immly after use.

I initially purchased this item to use at holidays and for special occasions. However, I've quickly become addicted to how wonderful it makes that early morning cup of coffee taste. I shopped for the Nespresso at other businesses only to find they were only available as part of expensive espresso stations. I also found the item I ordered through Best Buy to be more solid and heavy duty. It has performed well. I take great care and clean it after each use.

The milk comes out the perfect temperature. My only complaint is that it still over flows even when i fill it below max line.

Great product. I appreciate the hot/cold option the best. Be careful to not go over the recommended filll lines! It will spin over the top and make a mess if you over fill. Would definitely buy again!

So ever since visiting Italy I’ve been obsessed with cappuccinos and I really don’t see myself spending 5k on a machine so I brew me an espresso and add the frothed milk and it’s almost as good it’s good enough. I love it. It don’t work so great with oat milk but I use whole milk anyway ☺️

Makes delicious foam, just like it's supposed to and easy to clean.

I didn’t realize that the 2 Max Lines are for different operations. The lower Max line is for frothing and the upper Max line is for warming/cooling. When I was trying to froth with the upper Max line, it over flowed.

I have been trying for years to wean myself off creamer and this product could be the magic solution. Do easy to use. It makes coffee fun. I will use milk or sometimes add vanilla or cinnamon to the milk. Tons of possibilities for a quick addition to coffee.

What I would really like to have, but can't afford, is a full-blown cappuccino machine! In the absence of that, at least I can now have cappuccinos with my Keurig coffee pods in the morning! This thing couldn't be easier to use. One caution: I have had overflows when I add milk to the max fill line, so I use the lower fill line and it is enough foam for both my wife and me.

Its OK. I thought it did cold foam but other than that it foams well for hot drinks.

Works well much better than the previous one. The last one I bought rusted on the inside. Certainly makes the coffee taste more professionally made.

This is a great product to froth milk for cappuccinos etc. Makes foam either hot or cold. We had a previous model that died after 5 years and Nespresso seems to have improved the product in the meantime, at least the interior coating on this newer version looks more robust.

A friend recommended this and honestly it’s my favorite little appliance. Froths the milk super fast. Easy to clean.

Love the froth, and it’s very easy to clean. I wish it also warmed the milk.

Works great. However, I have not been able to work with it for over a month during the stay at home issue. The one thing I like about it most of all I don't have to scrub to get any of the milk off the Frother. All you need to do is rinse it out with warm water.
