Customer Ratings & Reviews

Best of the best. Great taste. Easy on use. Conformable

Nespresso machine is amazing. The frother that came with it didn’t work which is why I’m giving it 4 stars. However, Best Buy chat person said to take it back and exchange.

The Nespresso Vertuo has really stepped up my coffee game. The flavor, ease of use, and awesome dispensing system put keurig in the dust! Other than the higher prices for their coffee pods, I have become a nespresso fan!

Purchased this for my wife and we absolutely love it. Purchasing one for my mom as she was just visiting from out of town and fell in love with it. The mills frother is a must

This thing is great at consistently brewing a good cup of coffee or espresso. The fact that all you have to do is press a single button and the machine does the rest is even better. This has saved me so much money versus going to my local coffee shop each day.

For the coffee lover for sure. It makes great espresso and upgraded traditional coffee with awesome flavor. Strong flavorful coffee, not washed out.

This machine is great! Exactly what I was looking for! Great options for single, double small cup or regular! Love it, worth every penny Highly recommend

I’m horrible at making most coffee and using this helps take the guess work out of it! Pods can be a little pricey up front but totally worth it!

I bought this for my wife for Christmas and she loves it! She says it makes the best coffee she has ever had, compares it to fine restaurant quality coffee. Setup was easy and operation is a snap.

I am extremely happy with this product it does exactly what its supposed to do and that is make a phenomenon cup of coffee and espresso shots…would recommend this to anyone looking to make a STARBUCKS quality coffee at home

Looks good. Tiny and dont occupy much space. Coffee is hot - not very hot but good to drink. just now ordered my extra coffee pods

Nespresso is a million times better than Kuereg but it’s definitely a little more money. That said if you’re serious about fast good coffee this is the best choice.

I bought this to go along with my Kureig as a stronger substitute for coffee. The coffee is great but the pods are WAY expensive and there aren't alot of other brand substitutes like their are with the Kureig pods. Setting this up on wifi and using the app is SOOOO difficult. The lack of a display screen makes it pretty challenging since you have to rely on a little tiny light to tell you what to do. If you dont have the owners manual handy then its impossible to know what ur doing. I got a great deal on this when I purchased it so I didn't mind paying what I did but I think there are other cheaper and less complicated substitutes out there.

This is best coffee maker I have ever owned. Very satisfied with the product and variety of flavors available. Great way to start off the morning. Glad they are now selling the pods at Target as well. Great quality coffee can now be made at home.

I feel like for the price it’s alright. Coffee is average from it. Easy to use and clean is a plus but again just average.

Wife loves it. She thoroughly enjoys the different variations of coffees she gets to try. The frother works as advertised

Very good coffee machine, difficulty connecting to wifi but not really needed. Fast, but loud. Not louder than my previous machine. I would recommend this product if you really like coffee and can afford to spend on the coffee pods.

Great unit works extremely well and great tasting coffee every time

I found my favorite syrups used in my usual drinks from a popular coffee shop and I now make my own specialty drinks. With the amount of coffee I drink I was able to pay for my Nespresso within a couple of weeks.

I’ve got this product about a month now and the product is amazing! Great, easy to use, and you will get your moneys worth!
