We bought this because our Prime videos were not streaming well, and wanted to boost the wireless coverage in our basement family room. This helped, though it was not an awesome boost. Wireless service on our laptop is now better in the rooms proximal to the extender. Set up was not quite "plug and play" easy; we had to read the instructions carefully, but it was not difficult. I'm going to check "yes" below on recommend, but I'll add here that I would recommend it with cautions. It's fine, just not as great as I had expected.

Was quick and easy to setup. I set it up from my iPhone. The two channels are a must if you have two devices. I can watch net flicks on one and be on the net on the other without causing a buffering issue. At first I set everything to one channel and it did slow things down but using both made all the difference. Have great range now!

This replaced my WN3500rp that failed. I hope this last a few years. My last one made it 3 years. Setup was pretty simple. Just follow the directions and it does most of the work for you.

Freezes up often and have to reset. Isn’t too hard to setup and does great job of boosting signal to dead spot of house.

Purchased this particular extender after reading several reviews of available extenders at Best Buy. Was priced well, easy to set up and seems to be doing the trick with assisting our apple TV to stream MLB games which was our goal. I would recommend for performance and easy of set up.

I have this extender sitting behind my entertainment stand in my living room. This unit has proven to be an absolute happiness bringer to my household. It does what it says and it does it greatly. The extender is broadcasting to about 11 different wireless devices. The distance and performance are in a category of their own.

I picked this up because I was needing to add wireless to an older desktop and it fit the bill nicely. You just hit the WPS button on your modem, plug this in and press the WPS button this and you now have a portable access point/extender! I placed by my old computer and plugged an Ethernet cable from the computer to this device and it worked like a champ. Fast connection speeds were great. A great buy!

I purchased this because my desk top was the computer the farthest away from the modem. It boosted my strength by 10x. I could not even stay connected to do my school work. Since I hooked this up I have not lost or dropped signal at all. Great Purchase

Excellent. Easy installation and great performance

This was very easy to set up and seems to be working great. I used it to extend my WiFi and it helped a great deal! I was getting really slow internet speeds as the distance between my devices and the wireless modem grew. Once I added this device, it increased my signal tremendously. Great buy!

Quick disclaimer: I've never been convinced that these products are truly necessary, let alone effective. The biggest gripe I have with these niche network items is the claims on the box of throughput. Yes, you can get good throughput using an extender if the extender itself has a strong signal and is in close proximity to the wireless router feeding it. However, most users are purchasing these under the assumption that this device not only duplicates a wireless signal but also amplifies it. It does no such thing. In fact, it actually degrades the existing wireless signal somewhat while broadening the range of this weakened, slower network. My Xbox One on the first floor gets between 17-20mbps from my upstairs Asus 5ghz router, which is fed by a 60mbps Charter internet connection. With the repeater installed, the speeds dropped to 10-12mbps, even though the signal strength was maxxed out. Keep this in mind before purchasing any extender. This one works, but it didn't work the way I had hoped.

I went looking for a Wi-Fi extender and I found a Netgear AC 750, it’s definitely a great product because of Easy of use, very easy activation process and it works great Had it for about a month now and it still works correctly.

My router is located in one corner of the house and kept disconnecting me in the basement. I bought it hoping it would work, and it did. It's not as fast of a connection that I want but I think with a stronger router in general I would achieve it. But either way, no more disconnects and it does its job as intended.
