I went from having one bar on my laptop on the other side of my house to having five!! My phone wouldn't even connect to wifi before and now it does! My house is old so I have Masonite walls and stone walls! It's worth every penny!!!

Awesome product to extend the Wi-Fi capabilities in your house. Was easy to set up with current router and provides Wi-Fi to areas of the house that were currently unavailable.

This extender met my expectations. The set up was easy. I was able to connect without any problems.

I had try others and it did not work so I went to Best Buy and ask an expert and he recommended this one. I am happy that it works great and now I have wifi on dead spot on the apartment I highly recommend it.

This unit was easy to setup and had very clear instructions. Compact size that plugs into a wall plug is a plus.

My daughter needed faster download speeds at the other end of the house, and my parents, who live in the guest house in the back yard, needed a more secure connection. Set up was simple, results were as advertised, everyone's happy.

Easy to set up, works well for what I need (not perfect but overall pretty good. My wife's iMac Cloud doesn't seem to like it all that well). Would recommend it and buy again. Biggest issue- if it disconnects, getting reconnected is a pain, was on the phone with tech support for an hour.

It works pretty nicely in my place. I have tried all over my place and the signal became stronger than before.

After tolerating slow to no connection upstairs, I talked to a Best Buy associate one evening and he recommended this. Verizon tried twice and even upgraded the router to no avail. Their final answer was to buy their equipment which was more than twice the cost of the Netgear and needed a cable installed. As to setup, it seemed to set itself up. Once plugged in all I had to do was use my phone to enter the router password. It’s been operating flawlessly since installed.

Great product overall. It boosted my wi-fi, but I didn't realize the extension boost is its own separate signal. So if I go upstairs, I often have to connect my phone to the main wi-fi. Then downstairs, I have to switch to the extension. For items, like TV's, that stay put, this is not an issue. Only for mobile devices, tablets, etc. Also, there was setup involved in the beginning- thought I could just plug it in & go. But overall, I'm happy with it.

Needed to expand my wifi signal and was shown this device. I am pleased with the product so far.

I have a small house, but needed to have better service across the house. I set this up in the middle of the house and what big difference it made in the back room. Much faster speeds and no more occasional loss of connectivity.

The net gear product did what was needed. Easy to set up. Easy to use. It connected my laptop and modem with the speedi needed.

I use my cellphone service data plan as WIFI at home with hotspot feature. I was able to set this extender to extend my phone's hotspot signal so my other devices can get solid signal all over my 1900sqft 2 level house. Great deal!

I made a home network with this but sometimes lost my printer connection. Powering off and on fixed the problem.

Setup instructions were clear and concise. Worked the first time. Good range. I have two houses across the street from each other. Now my wife has a strong signal anywhere in the house across the street when she visits her mother.

I brought this to extend my main routers range to the back of my home. The extender works fine in terms of extending my routers signals. The only drawbacks were, one - the wifi name has to be different so any devices that are connected to the main router will have to disconnect and reconnect to the extenders signal, so it is not seamless. Some of the newer extenders do this - but they are more expensive. The second issue and the bigger issue is that since it is dual band, one of its receiver (5GHz) acts as a receiver and sender thereby effectively cutting the speed into half. All in all, not a bad extender, but if you want seamless connectivity and no speed reduction, you should go for a triple band extender from Netgear. I returned the devices due to the above issues, but have to agree that the device itself does what it is supposed to do.

The product took only 5 minutes to set up and connect to network and was basically plug n play. Works great!
