I needed a WiFi extender because the reception of the 2nd floor was poor. This WiFi extender was easily set up, and extended the WiFi network that included the entire house.

This device was fairly easy to set up. I thought I was going to have to physically connect it to the router via ethernet cable but ended up being able to complete the initial setup via my smart phone. Once completed, just a matter of trying to find a good spot on the second floor to extend coverage to the other side of our house.

Bought these to extend my wifi network far enough to connect outdoor wifi cameras to the network. They worked great! No complicated setup needed.

Should have bought this years ago. Before I bought this I had sporadic wifi service in a new room I built above a garage. The room is upstairs away from wifi on the main floor and about 70 feet away. I was skeptical that this would work, but it does. I have a full signal in the room and can get wifi outside as well. It was very easy to setup and I highly recommend this product.

It gives decent coverage throughout 1/2 of the house.

An excellent device for extending the range or using as access point. I haven't used any kind of extender before, but when I came to know if you have comcast you must have extender to get the max out of your connection. So went to bestbuy and technical person helped me to get the right one. This is a range extender, not a repeater, which means that it creates its own network that you then have to manually connect. I recommend this device very highly to anybody looking to fill dead spots where you can't get a Wi-Fi signal or considering as access point

Easy set up if your router has WPS button. Set up took 5 mins, now my entire house has WiFi. I'm able to watch Netflix in all my smart tv's and haven't had any issues with poor wifi connection.

Does what it says it supposed to do. No complaints.

Product works exactly as we hoped it would. Allows signal to get to the opposite side of the house finally! (We live in a long ranch-style home).

I bought this extender to give me coverage in my backyard. Some days I have to reset my router to get a good signal from the extender. Once I am connected I have no problems. My Family and I usually have a smart TV connected, 3 laptops (playing games, my kids) 1 laptop surfing the web and a tablet web surfing, and 5 smartphones. Setup was easy and I love the fact I could keep my network names. Thinking of buying another for my 3rd floor. Only reason for the 4 star instead of 5 because I have to reset router to get extender working properly.

The Netgear Range Extender is very intuitive to set up. Just plug it in and use the indicator lights to see if you have placed it optimally between your wifi transmitter and computer. We now have an excellent, strong signal where formerly we could barely get online. I highly recommend this product.

I am very pleased with this product. It's doing a great job getting a wi fi signal in areas that were very hard to get a signal.

It really boost the wifi signal, we have a three story house and lots of users on our wifi this makes it possible for everyone to get great service.
