I had an Amped Wireless SR300 that caused me nothing but trouble. It would constantly disconnect. I even bought larger more powerful antennas for it. The Netgear was super easy to set up and has performed flawlessly. I get great speeds, close to the same from my router which is on another floor through many walls. Highly recommend.

REALLY HELPED EXTEND MY RANGE OF THE WIFI TO ANOTHER ROOM THAT WE HAD AN OFFICE

I am giving it a 3 star as the installation was quite easy and it works perfect for a space upto 15-20 feet. As you move farther from the device, the range goes low and vanishes after 30 feet. Not adequate for a single family home.

This device has helped extend the WiFi signal throughout my house.

My router has a blind spot ... A lobe of silence ... That this device eliminates. Where my signal was once marginal, frequently unusable, I now have excellent service consistently, and my problem has been solved. I highly recommend this easy to install to all.

Bought this because signal was weak on far end of house. Signal is great and kids say their games are not lagging anymore.

I bought this because my router and modem were in a basement and my home is a tri-level Home. In some parts of the house you would be connected to WiFi but not connected to the internet. This was an issue since we stream our TV. Once I installed this I have not had any issues with connectivity at all. As a matter of fact, anywhere on my 2 acre property I have connectivity which makes it wonderful for streaming music while mowing the yard.

we are a medium sized family, all 3 kids have their electroincs and our home is 135yrs old with thick plaster walls. we had only 1 bar on 2nd fl and livingroom, now with repeater in dinning room we have full bars in living room and 4 bars on 2nd fl. now all units can operate together, i have not seen any slow in mbps for down loads or on line gaming. GET IT YOU TOO WILL LOVE IT, and your kids will thank you.

I have had a range extender for years and my old one died. This was easy to setup and worked perfectly.

Wi-Fi extender has worked pretty well for the most part. There are occasions when the portable device you are using (laptop, smartphone, etc.) has a hard time finding the signal for some reason, but 90% of the time is works fine.

Wow, I'm truly surprised. I had my doubts but this little gadget actually does exactly what it says it will do! I can use my laptop in my bedroom whereas before - it just wasn't happening. Works excellent so far and the setup was very simple - anyone could do it! For the price - it's a very good deal! Five stars!

Quick, easy set up, easy to understand and works very well! A must if you have issues getting your wifi signal in parts of your home. We get a full 95% signal now in our bed room, the furthest room from the router when we use to get at best 20% from the router alone!

This improved wireless connection in other rooms and increased the effective speed at the ends of the wireless range.

This wifi extender partially worked for what I wanted it for but having to name the 2G and 5G sub-networks apart from my home network name made it quite tedious to get affected devices connecting properly. I found it time consuming to identify the device if it is a 2.4 or a 5.0 type so it can be manually assigned to the correct sub-network, hence I stopped and returned it. I have several devices that I needed better connectivity in a location farther away from my wireless router with walls for the wifi signal to go through. Therefore, I eventually upgraded my whole home network to the wifi mesh technology where it automatically sets the best possible connection and connectivity type whether it be 2.4 or 5.0 with no intervention from me. Problem solved. Wifi extenders serves its purpose but it just didn’t serve my individual need at this time. I would still buy and use wifi extenders depending on my DIY project needs.

Does exactly what I needed it to. I wasn't getting any wifi downstairs in my garage as the router is upstairs. This fixed the issues and it was super easy to use and set up using the app. Would highly recommend this product.

Have purchased 2 of these. Easy setup, good range, fast. Hope it lasts longer than another brand that quit in a year.
