Mixed feeling
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought the unit 1 month ago, easy to setup, took me about 20 min to turn it on, call the network provider and get connected. It worked great, and when it does, the connection is really good. But been getting unstable signal lately, so not sure if it is the provider or this unit.

Quick easy set up.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It was quick and easy to set up. No need to call comcast and be on hold for 2 hours. I do feel like the modem/router itself is just a tad bit slower than the Comcast modem/router though. Should've just spent a extra $75 for the fastest one they had. Overall still pretty good.

Good enough for a 2-in-1
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.2-in-1's are nice because they are quick to install and there's only 1 product. However, it is a little more slower (especially with several devices) than buying the router and modem separately. Did return, only because gamer boyfriend REFUSED to live with a 2-in-1 lol

excellent connectability
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had a Comcast router/modem which was made by Motorola which constantly dropped signal and became slow. This was easy to connect to the network and connect my devices. It would be nice to select my password, but the one assigned by Net gear is secure.

good product, easy to install and connect.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.user friendly, easy to install. 2 networks plus a guest network allow the use of 3 passwords, so better security. disappointed with wifi range which didn't reach the bonus room. other than that, performs well

Good purchase
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The price attracted me and the reviews were helpful. I was tired of renting equipment so I went out and bought this router. Strong enough to reach everywhere on our first floor. I had an extender already that reaches upstairs and the barn. Had enough ports for the internet cable and HUB1.

Good router for a small apartment
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was debating between an Asus, Linksys or Netgear router and a separate cable modem or an integrated router/modem by Netgear or Motorola. After considering price, range and other reviews I went for Netgear and so far it has not disappointed. I would recommend to a friend.

Good motem/router combo
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this when switching over to Xfinity cable and internet. After using it for several months now, I haven't had any problems with the internet dropping out or the speed slowing down. Recommended!

Replaced xfinity modem router
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this modem router to replace the one I was "leasing" from Comcast. This one works exactly the same as what I had, which is great. It was easy for me to plug and play then called Comcast to activate. Hooking up electronics is not my thing but this was a snap. It will pay for itself in about a year.

Very good inside and out
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this as a second choice after having problems connecting with my first purchase. Turns out it was my provider and nothing on my end. This unit was bought to replace a Zoom product that I had purchased from Best Buy a couple of years ago. It probably wasn't defective either but I like this unit better that I kept it. Dual band is great giving good reception in my home which is 3 levels. I even get good coverage outside in the yard. I haven't had any issues and would recommend to anyone in the market for a combo router/modem. By the way, Charter is my provider.

decent value
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This router is a decent value for the money. Supports good but not great speeds, hasn't lost WiFi since installed. If you're into high-bandwidth applications (gaming, multi-unit streaming, etc.), you may want to go up a notch. For most, though, this works just fine.

Excellent product for Bigger Rooms
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have COX internet connection with speed of 25 MBPS. Netgear has Modem and Wireless Router included so no need to buy anything separate. It is working great for a big Loft house. It even has features of Guest Access, Parent Control etc. This will work with Comcast & Verizon wireless too. Go for it you won't regret.

Great wifi radius and speed
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We bought this after ditching our cable contract and switching to another internet provider. We needed a cable modem, router with wifi. After looking at the options from Comcast, we may this choice based on feedback and were not disappointed. Reception was great over our entire property (even the garage!).

Better than time Warner unit!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Unit was better than one supplied by time warner. Internet became faster as soon as it was connected. Will pay for itself in a year of less. No longer paying the monthly rental fee of $8-9 dollars!

Easy Peezy!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this to replace my TWC modem and external router. It was easy to set up and I no longer pay TWC to lease. I wish I did this 7 years ago. I would have saved $672.00 in lease payments!

Good router / modem
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We did our research. The final decision was my wife's, and she was right. This product was easy to set up and get working for us. We formerly had Clearwire, but they had been bought out and our old equipment was no good anymore. The new Netgear unit has given us flawless service and we are happy.
