This product works well for me, earlier I had Motorola modem and wi-fi router, I faced buffering issue, I changed over to Netgear and I'm not facing this issue anymore, I have multiple device connected at the same time. Besides I like the N-Share feature

I got this router to replace the one that Comcast uses and it was super easy to set up and the internet speeds dramatically increased and I saved $15 a month by not having to rent Comcast's modem. Great product

This is a great modem router combo if you are looking for something good and don't want to pay that monthly premium to cox cable. Speed and Wi-Fi range or good if your on a budget and can't afford a wireless n modem/router combo.

The 5G works great and so does the 2G, but the range on it isn't the best. I was worried about purchasing it beforehand, but now that I have it it works well and the speed is actually faster than the comcast modem we had before.

Overall its good value Wifi Modem Router . ITs giving very good wifi speed with Timewarner Standard Internet (upto 15 Mbps).

I bought this product when I moved into my new home. All in one modem/routers are great. The speed is better, less things clogging up an area, and easy to use. This product was simple to set up and Netgear has an app you can download to manage, reset, and lock your wireless capabilities.

What can I say dual bands means twice the fun. I have my automated home equipment on its own freq. While the rest of the devices use the other and with an external 3TB attached I can share files to any device on the network. Not to mention I'm not paying Comcast that rental fee any longer!

Was 'encouraged' by my cable provider to upgrade from DOCSIS 2.0 to a 3.0 modem. Chose this model. On a good day I was seeing about 20mb/s throughput with my old router. Now seeing the new one top out around 29mb/s, which I believe is a bit over what I am paying for through my provider. The setup interface is nice. The Genie app is pretty decent too. Have not put to use the USB NAS-like storage that this device provides, but its cool that is there. The only criticism I have is the strength of the WIFI signal through our 1950's house. Our older construction hinders signal, and my 10 year old Motorola (also internal antenna) router did a touch better in getting signal from one end of the house to the other. I will need to try different placements in the house to find the best results - which I had to do with the Motorola too. Was tempted to give it 4 stars for the slightly disappointing signal strength, but the USB-NAS, and dual-band for the same price as old router push it up to 5 stars.

For $100 you can have a dual purpose wifi cable modem that works great. Similar device as Dsl wifi modem doesn't work with uverse, but will with Att dsl service. This wifi cable modem works with comcast and saves you the monthly $10 rental charge. That alone covers the cost of the modem

I went to best buy and the sales associate said that modem works great so I bought it. Now I love this modem better then the one I had. the speed is great and my son is a gamer and it works perfect for him...Great Job....

on setup it took it over 30 minutes to pickup and sync and connect to my home internet provider.... my last 2 took 5 minutes max, but once passed that it was a cakewalk and very easy finalization and works great. amazing range etc

I have owned the router/modemt for a month now. The router works well. But the wifi range of the modem is not great. The modem is placed in the living room, and the wifi signal becomes very weak in the last bedroom, which is about 25 feet away.

Why did I pay my cable company for a modem for 10 years when I could have just purchased this.Quick setup, it took me longer to get ahold of my cable company then the whole setup

Good cable modem and lots of setup features. Don't know if this is comcast or modem but I lose signal off and on has great range Inside. But my metal siding is making signal week outside no fault of modem just wish it had more ethernet ports in back but two. But I got a switch to that

Before this unit I had wires and cords all over the place due to having 2 separate units for modem and router. Now it is all in one unit with 2 total cords. It also was a much faster and powerful router than I had previously so I get uninterrupted wifi anywhere in the house.

This is a WIFI/Router combination that was on the list of recommended products for Oceanic internet. It was more on the pricier range. Technician told me that a separate router and WIFI usually works better. Wish I knew that cause I needed a router and WIFI at the time of installation (BEFORE the technician got here.) Well, so far it has been a huge improvement with only a few times when the upstairs laptop slowed down. Didn't need an extender after all. So far seems to be working fine. Just faced it toward the stairway.... I'm saving a lot every month.

I haven't had near the issues that others have reported with Wifi dropouts. It does occur occasionally, but simply requires a quick authentication and then I'm up and running again. Frankly, it's no different than my experience with other wifi routers so it doesn't bother me. I did take off a star simply for the range of this thing. Maybe my expectations were a little too high. Regardless, in our 3,000sf house with the modem/router downstairs we struggle to get signal sufficient for streaming in our bedroom upstairs. Usually the signal strength is OK, but the bandwidth drops off significantly the further away from the router the device is. And we have 30mb/s internet, we aren't pushing the lower limits by any means. In our bedroom we usually can pull 0.5 - 2mb/s. By the router we pull 26+mb/s off of wifi.

Bought this so I wouldn't have to pay the rental fees for renting a modem from the internet provider. I have a 105mbps download stream plan and this cable modem/ router delivers over that speed constantly. Set up was easy and the dual band and networking capabilities are great.

It was easy to set up and activate with TimeWarner. It can easily handle ,multiple devices, streaming, and a large upload at the same time

If you aren't looking for anything too crazy, and just need a basic router/modem combo, this is the one you should get. This pays for itself within a year plus you get the router included as cable companies charge $10+/month for modem rental. I have had zero issues thus far.
