It's easy to connect but will require patience. it works well with Comcast. Once you connect it an activation screen will popup after a few minutes - be patient. Having your Comcast credential ready will eliminate a phone call to support. The 4 star ease of use of due to normal Comcast delays.

Saves cost of rental to comcast so will pay for itself. Good price

An all in one modem and router is the way to go because you get more WiFi power. That said, this product worked right out of the box, no need to call tech support and activate/trouble shoot. Additionally its good for up to 600 megs, which although not available any where yet, it will be one day so when that day comes there will be no need to buy another one. Also its duel band, which affords excellent WiFi performance and dependability throughout the entire house both up stairs and down stairs and not just close to the unit.

Cable company was requiring a new modem , i have experienced the Net Gear router , so this combination was the ideal choose to update it.

Works well and does what I need. Didn't want to rent from xfinity so bought this instead. So far so good.
