Opened and setup the router quickly through the app. Worked much better than my other router. Lots of neat features.

Though I don’t do streaming or gaming I thought an upgrade of the router would probably be a good idea for the two of us in the house that are constantly using either our computers are smart phones while watching TV. Not sure what the problem is but occasionally trying to do a search by a smart phone, the search would either slow down or stop completely being unable to connect to the Internet or a server. Many times I would have to manually switch to the 5 GHz/higher speed streaming mode in order to make a connection for just a standard search. I’m not a “techie“ and not sure what the problem is but my previous Linksys N300 never gave me any connection issues. My whole system is connected to the Spectrum cable TV/Internet system. I am a plug in and forget it type of person. My previous router was pretty much that. This new one had a more involved set up and, my personal pet peeve, is everything must be done without an actual physical manual included. I personally prefer having something in my hands that I can refer to and be able to flip pages back and forth for reference rather than the inconvenience of clicking back and forth onscreen. Not everyone using these products are under 30 and spend hours glued to technology. Unless you’re a person who ‘cherishes’ technology and is willing to go to any length to get ‘the latest and greatest’ I would recommend something less involved and easier to work with, if there’s something like that even available.

The router provides fast and secure Internet. It is easy to set up and use in my household.

Our old Router was terrible. You can see a big difference in speed and reliability. I give it a big thumbs up!

Needed to update my router. After searching the website and making a decision, rather than ordering online, I decided to go into the store and I am glad that I did. Got this router that was on sale and it was newer and cheaper than the one that I originally selected. (Got this model for $89 regular $179) The setup was very easy. This was a win, win situation.

Bought this Netgear wireless router on a pre Black Friday sale. I needed to upgrade my router because I was considering dropping cable tv and going with a streaming service. This router has worked very well. Finally settled on YouTube TV (best service in my opinion) and I have had almost zero buffering. It also gets the wireless signal to my garage door opener, the previous router did this occasionally. Good router, worth the money.

Been a home owner for quite a while and my old router just gave out and stopped working. I purchased this Nighthawk AC2400 and couldn't be happier. The app is easy to use. This router was out of the box and in use within minutes. The app gives you control over who's connected to the router and you can control who is. The app also runs a wifi speed check that is very useful. Would purchase it again!
