I've tried a few other mesh routers and this one is exactly what I needed in my house! I really like the ability to create 4 networks and have traffic isolation. You can have 1 for management, 1 for all your other systems and 1 for IoT. The Guest Network is also nice in that you can limit the time in which the user can be on your network. Customizing the logon portal for the guest network is a very nice addition too. I haven't tried this, but I would like to see if you can just open a few ports from each of the networks. The only thing I've found so far is having the entire network open to another one which kind of defeats the purpose of the traffic isolation. This system is a bit more expensive than the non pro ones, but to me, it was worth it due to what I was wanting to do.

I have a large home with an office/business roughly 100 or so feet behind my house. The Apple Airport system I had, couldn’t get the signal strong enough to the office, so I had this system installed. It is awesome! Full strength and speed anywhere in the house or office!

I bought the this new Netgear router for whole house coverage. It works ok, but not impressed especially for the price. Haven’t seen much of an increase in speed even though I have a good signal. The speed isn’t because of the provider, because I use the faster provider available. I hate not recommending it because I have used netgear products for well over 20 years.

Orbi Pro eliminated multiple issue we had with our previous Wi-Fi. With the router and a satellite we have 2 units each with approximately 2500 sq. Ft. coverage providing continues coverage both up and downstairs.

We were having trouble getting a strong internet signal in our pool house. We spoke to a salesman at Best Buy and he suggested this system. We bought it and they arranged an installation date a few days later. We are beyond pleased with the improvement of the signal outside and inside.

Bought this to improve our WiFi in our 200 year old building. The main hub is on one floor and the satellite is one floor up. Considering the construction is brick and concrete the signal upstairs is quite good.

Maybe the hardware is ok - maybe - but the software/firmware just deplorable. On 4 separate occasions, I started from scratch with a restart and never got them to work in concert. Return the item.
